Consumer Complaint: My identity has been stolen you are hereby put on notice. Aggravated Identity Theft pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 1028A. ( 1 ) In general. Whoever, during and in relation to any felony violation enumerated in subsection ( c ), knowingly transfers, possesses, or uses, without lawful authority, a means of identification of another person shall, in addition to the punishment provided for such felony, be sentenced to a term ofimprisonment of 2 years. An identification of me has been used with out my permission to open several accounts that have damaged my reputation and damaged my mode of living because you furnished a consumer report without my written permission as stated by Federal Law 15 USC 1681b Permissible purpose of consumer reports ( a ) IN GENERAL Subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. Consumer Complaint: This debt collector engaged in abusive, deceptive, and unfair practices of the FDCPA which it prohibits. They furnished this account that we didn't agree upon and I didn't sign an agreement on. A legal contract is signed by two parties and I did not participate in any of it. I declare under penalty of perjury ( under the laws of the United States, if executed outside of the United States ) that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. Further, I certify that I am permitted by FEDERAL and STATE LAW to file this dispute. I also understand that knowing and willful misstatements or omissions of material facts constitutes a FEDERAL CRIMINAL VIOLATION punishable under 18 U.S.C. 1001. Additionally, these misstatements are punishable as perjury under 18 U.S.C. 1621. This collection found within my credit report is not related to any transaction that I made. Consumer Complaint: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the multiple unsuccessful attempts to correct the late opening of my accounts and remove the charge off. My accounts are expected to be opened, but despite my persistent efforts to rectify the situation, it remains unresolved. Initial attempt to open the accounts are made, but I encountered an issue with the process. Contacted customer service and was informed that the issue would be resolved promptly. Followed up on the progress, only to find that the problem persisted. Customer service assured me that it was being addressed. Another attempt to open the account was made, yet the issue persisted. Numerous calls were made to customer service, each time receiving assurances that the matter was being escalated and would be resolved urgently. Despite these efforts, the late opening of my account has caused inconvenience and frustration. I have patiently cooperated with your representatives, but the lack of resolution is unacceptable. I understand that errors can occur, but the repeated assurances without tangible results are disappointing. As a customer, I expect a higher level of service and a timely resolution to such matters. I kindly request the following actions : Immediate investigation into the root cause of the issue. Transparent communication regarding the steps being taken to resolve the problem. Assurance that this issue will not affect my account 's functionality or standing once it is resolved. Compensation for the inconvenience caused during this period.
