Consumer Complaint: I disputed with TransUnion on multiple occasion and Transunion Deliberately refused to comply with FCRA section 15 U.S. Code 1681e ( b ) which states : " ( b ) Accuracy of report Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. '' TransUnion claimed that they verified the information from Bankruptcy court. The court states in the letter that they do not provide anything credit bureaus. TransUnion is falsely claiming that the Bankruptcy court is the furnisher and that is false. I did my own research and found out that XXXX is the data furnisher. TransUnion refused to noted that XXXX is the data furnisher in violation of FCRA. 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 which stated that : " ( a ) Duty of furnishers of information to provide accurate information ( 1 ) Prohibition ( A ) Reporting information with actual knowledge of errors A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. '' FCRA. 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( b ) specifically prohibit TransUnion and XXXX from furnishing inaccurate information. TransUnion and XXXX are so bold in their disregard to FCRA and CFPB that they will not even bother to investigate this but wait out for 60 days and close it because they know that CFPB will not do anything. Under FCRA. 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( b ) I have a right to legal action against Transunion and XXXX. FCRA stated as follow : ( B ) Reporting information after notice and confirmation of errors A person shall not furnish information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if ( i ) the person has been notified by the consumer, at the address specified by the person for such notices, that specific information is inaccurate ; and ( ii ) the information is, in fact, inaccurate. '' Under this I have a right to personal legal remedies. XXXX send me a letter with the copy of bankruptcy and when I pointed out that I never reside at the address mention in the bankruptcy XXXX deliberately refused to answer the inaccuracies knowing that CFPB will not compelling them to follow FCRA. XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX already removed the bankruptcy. Only XXXX and TransUnion are refusing to do an investigation. TransUnion will deliberately closed the the dispute within XXXX hours and tell me it is verified even though on the report is show that last updater is XX/XX/2022. The last time they attempt investigation. Now they are no longer doing investigation but just close the investigation without doing investigation under FCRA.

Consumer Complaint: I have already sent a letter addressing the inaccuracies and unknown items on my credit report, but unfortunately, I have not received any response even after 30 days. It feels like I'm being taken advantage of and my disputes are being ignored. According to Section 611 ( a ), if these items are not investigated within 30 days, they should be promptly removed from my credit report. Since it has been over 30 days, I expect these accounts to be updated immediately. If not, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action due to the stress this situation has caused me. Additionally, my information was also affected by the XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion data breach, which raises concerns about the security of my personal data.
