Consumer Complaint: I wrote to you requesting an investigation into items that I believed were falsely reporting. This letter is a formal complaint that you are reporting inaccurate and incomplete credit information. I respectfully request to be provided proof of these alleged late payments, and payment history. Per my records I have always paid these accounts on time and never paid late. The following late payment information therefore needs to be reinvestigated as it is inaccurate, and then removed from my credit file as it is falsely reporting.

They sent me a ledger of payments and the contract and both have been altered to state my last payment was in XXXX which is XXXX years later On the contract dated with XXXX XXXX states I made a initial payment XXXX. The ledger states that there was repossession fee in XX/XX/XXXX and my official last payment was made XX/XX/XXXX by XXXX card. All these other payments being reported are formulated by XXXX fraudulently .Inconclusive payments are being recorded but none are being removed from the principal balance which means those payments are falsely being reported to keep my account in a open status.

Consumer Complaint: Dear Sir/Madan, After checking my credit report from your organization, i discovered inaccuracies that needs to be addressed immediately to ensure the accuracy of my report, pursuant to 15 USC 1681e ( b ) Account Information : Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Amount : {$3000.00} This debt collector engaged in abusive, misleading, and unfair FDCPA activities, which are prohibited. They provided this account, which we did not agree on and I did not sign. A legal contract is signed by two parties, and I was not involved in any of it. Furthermore, they failed to follow the necessary five-step validation procedure, making their acts unfair According to the FDCPA, I am entitled to {$1000.00} each infraction, and they blatantly violated my rights. I demand that this corporation remove this account from all three credit reporting agencies and reimburse me for the infractions, or I will have no alternative but to forward this to my legal attorney.
