Please let it be known the other credit bureaus have removed these items due to inaccuracies and failure to provide evidence. All late payments are illegal. 15 USC 166B A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open-end consumer credit plan as late for any reason. 15 USC 15 USC 6802 B, c, d obligation with respect to disclosure 1681 A and E term investigative needs to be interviewed. Please be advised I have filed a complaint with the CFPB regarding these inaccuracies complaint # 1. Provide a complete log regarding dates and times you attempted to contact me. If this alleged account was established by another party, then please detail your relationship- i.e., whether you are reporting this information as an assignment or whether you have purchased an alleged account outright. Also provide the account details for at least a year leading to this action, as well as any collection fees or interest and, if you are a third-party collector, your license or bond to collect in my state so that I may confirm your identity. XXXX : XXXX XXXX XXXX Reporting a missed payment as of XX/XX/XXXX with account being open XX/XX/XXXX XXXX : XXXX account XXXX XXXX Reporting a missed payment as of XX/XX/XXXX with account opening XX/XX/XXXX Transunion : XXXX XXXX Reporting a missed payment as of XX/XX/XXXX with being open XX/XX/XXXX I will provide screenshots of the inconsistent reporting showing on my reports, Prior to my review of my credit report I informed the credit company that I have been injured at work which my income as been placed on hold due to not being able to work due to the injury which is reason for missed payment, I asked for options of hardship to avoid the negative reporting I was advised no process in place for this type of issue I was informed to get the payment in as soon as possible, I was advised the payments will still be reported, Reviewing my reports it shows the reporting of this late payment is inconsistent between the three reports. I am aware all reporting has to correct and accurate at all times
