Consumer Complaint: Company, Transunion has continued in their efforts to violate my rights of privacy under the privacy Act of 1974. Company was provided with a CFPB complaint on XX/XX/XXXX, complaint number ; XXXX, regarding an account with " XXXX XXXX ''. Advising Transunion that they are violating my rights of my privacy without emailing or mailing a disclosure violating my rights under 15 U.S code 6802B, for the company of the investigation where they have collected information from. It is law that No individual can procure or influence the preparation of an investigative consumer report on any consumer unless [ B. ] such disclosure is made in a writing mailed or otherwise delivered, to the consumer. This disclosure should not be done later than three days after the date on which the report was first requested and includes a statement informing the consumer of his right to request the additional disclosures and the written summary of the rights of the consumer prepared .The company, Transunion has not provided me any written or emailed disclosure within the 12 months that they are suppose to provide to a consumer in order to report such information. Transunion is in violation of 15 U.S code 1681 as they have not reported the accuracy of the Account " XXXX XXXX '' to be reported to my consumer report. Transunion has responded on XXXX XXXX, regarding another dispute of this account submitted on XXXX. Based upon Transunion investigation, they have verified the accuracy of the account. Transunion is not providing truth. Transunion has not verified the accuracy of this account as this is a " Charge OFF '' account, According to IRS Publication a charge off account is a " Certificate of Indebtedness '', which means it is income and income can not be reported to a consumer report. Eye am requesting compensation for the above account being inaccurately reported to my report in transunion efforts to not remove this account from my consumer report. Transunion has violated FCRA guidelines on what shall be reported to a consumer report. It is being recorded that Transunion has not established a code of fair information practices that governs the collection, maintenance, use and dissemination of information being maintained within their systems of records, under my privacy rights ( 5 U.S code 552a ). Eye am requesting damages and compensation and that this account be removed effective immediately.

They provided this account, which we did not agree on and I did not sign. A legal contract is signed by two parties, and I was not involved in any of it. Furthermore, they failed to follow the necessary five-step validation procedure, making their acts unfair According to the FDCPA, I am entitled to {$1000.00} each infraction, and they blatantly violated my rights. I demand that this corporation remove this account from all three credit reporting agencies and reimburse me for the infractions, or I will have no alternative but to forward this to my legal attorney. Consumer Complaint: Trans Union, XXXX and XXXX are reporting fraudulent and inaccurate information from XXXX XXXX debt XXXX that i have no contract with, and for a particular account that has been inaccurate and need to be deleted from XXXX report. Violation of the Privacy act of 1974, my information are being shared without my knowledge or consent. XXXX should not be on the personal credit file. I have Opted out of reporting according to XXXX CFR subsection XXXX, subsection XXXX, XXXX, wasn't given Reasonable opportunities to do so. All of the XXXX agencies and being furnished with false and inaccurate information and a violation of my privacy that needs to be deleted. 15US code 1681b states Any consumer reporting agency man furnished a consumer report under the following circumstances and or other. In response to the order of a court having jurisdiction to issue such an order, a subpoena issued in connection with proceedings before a XXXX grand jury, or a subpoena issued in accordance with section XXXX of title XXXX or section XXXX of title XXXX. ( XXXX ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. Consumer Complaint: I submitted a previous complaint to XXXX, Transunion, and XXXX to delete inaccurate information on my credit report that was fraudulently initiated. I requested for the information to be deleted and blocked, however XXXX failed to completely comply. I was a victim of an XXXX data breach which I previously submitted proof regarding. I also was a victim of identity theft when personal documents including my social security card and birth certificate but not limited to were stolen. My previous complaint ID 's are XXXX, and XXXX. I am now again submitting a complaint to have all items I listed deleted and blocked with a police report as proof. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX all need to be deleted and blocked. I'm also requesting punitive and statutory damages of {$1000.00} each for all violations currently still listed on my report and for the information that was removed from my last complaint.

Yet XXXX is reporting this information.. The reporting of excluded information pursuant to XXXX XXXX a ( d ) ( XXXX ) ( A ) ( i ) on a consumer report is a clear violation of XXXX compliance. Provide me with the XXXX compliance disclosure on reporting transactions to a consumer reporting agency. I need the transactions reporting as late, collection/charge-off status and any other derogatory information deleted from my consumer reports effective immediately. Before you think to reply that this account has been " validated ', let 's be clear that I am not asking you to validate or verify anything. So please do not respond by telling me that as a tactic to waste my valuable time. Some of the negative accounts have been placed in Collection/Charge-Off Status WITHOUT mailing me a copy of IRS form 1099-C Cancellation of Debt. XXXX and the creditors reporting collections/Charge-Offs, late payments/other derogatory information in my consumer reports are in violation of 26 USC ss 6050P Returns Relating to the Cancellation of Indebtedness By Certain Entities. If this derogatory account information is not deleted from my consumer reports within 30 days, I will be forced to officially file IRS form 3949A : Information Referral AND IRS form 211 : Application For Award For Original Information Overview with the Internal Revenue Service against ALL entities involved.
