This account was once under another creditor and due to lack of information of said account not being mine it was then removed off my credit reports. Now it has re appeared under a new credit agency from the same company XXXX XXXX XXXX and is only showing on XXXX of my reports. At this time this is XXXX and my credit is being slandered due to this company and information on my credit report. This company was not able to provide any validation so I would like this removed off my credit reports immediately.

Consumer Complaint: The law states all items must be reported accurately and truthful 15. u.s. code 1681c-1 identity theft blocking information and 1681 s 2b 15u.s code 1692j s 2b cra must block the information within four days and notify thee furnished of the report of the fraudulent data block all current and future reporting. 1. Provide a complete log regarding dates and times you attempted to contact me. If this alleged account was established by another party, then please detail your relationship- i.e., whether you are reporting this information as an assignment or whether you have purchased an alleged account outright. Also provide the account details for at least a year leading to this action, as well as any collection fees or interest and, if you are a third-party collector, your license or bond to collect in my state so that I may confirm your identity. Should you be unable or unwilling to answer, you should respect my consumer and privacy rights and immediately remove the damaging trade line from my credit reports. I demand that you show me a copy of the items listed in this letter and stated below if you can not produce these items, you must delete them. 2. 1.
