I have waited over 30 days and tried to Transunion and XXXX a chance to resolve this issue. I filed a re-investigation, and still no lawful response Transunion and XXXX has chosen to violate and ignore the statues of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I have legal documentation of my attempts to have inaccurate and false information removed. I am respectfully requesting that the disputed and unvalidated information be removed from my credit report, in accordance with the provisions pursuant to Fair Credit Reporting Act 616 ( a ) [ 15 USC 1681n ].

Consumer Complaint: Per the FCRA as a Federally Protected Consumer, the XXXX, TRANSUNION, and XXXX Credit Bureaus are listing inaccurate reports on my Consumer Credit Reports and are in non-compliance with the following : 16 CFR 313. Privacy of Consumer Financial Information ; 16 CFR 313.1 Purpose and Scope ; 16 CFR 313.7 Forms of Opt-Out Notice to Consumers ; Opt-out methods; 16 CFR 433.2 Preservation of consumers ' claims and defenses, unfair or deceptive acts or practices. 16 CFR 433.3 Exemption of sellers taking or receiving open-end consumer credit contracts before XX/XX/XXXX from requirements of 433.2 ( a ). 16 CFR 444.2 Unfair credit practices. 15 U.S. Code 1681- Congressional findings and statement of purpose : ( a ) Accuracy and fairness of credit reporting The Congress makes the following findings : ( 1 ) The banking system is dependent upon fair and accurate credit reporting. Inaccurate credit reports directly impair the efficiency of the banking system, and unfair credit reporting methods undermine the public confidence which is essential to the continued functioning of the banking system. ( 2 ) An elaborate mechanism has been developed for investigating and evaluating the credit worthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, and general reputation of consumers. ( 3 ) Consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role in assembling and evaluating consumer credit and other information on consumers. ( 4 ) There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. ( b ) Reasonable procedures It is the purpose of this subchapter to require that consumer reporting agencies adopt reasonable procedures for meeting the needs of commerce for consumer credit, personnel, insurance, and other information in a manner which is fair and equitable to the consumer, with regard to the confidentiality, accuracy, relevancy, and proper utilization of such information in accordance with the requirements of this subchapter. 15 U.S. Code 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer : ( A ). intends to use the information in connection with a credit transaction involving the consumer on whom the information is to be furnished. 15 U.S. Code 6801 - Protection of nonpublic personal information : ( a ) Privacy obligation policy It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers nonpublic personal information. ( b ) Financial institutions safeguards In furtherance of the policy in subsection ( a ), each agency or authority described in section 6805 ( a ) of this title, other than the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection, shall establish appropriate standards for the financial institutions subject to their jurisdiction relating to administrative, technical, and physical safeguards ( 1 ) to insure the security and confidentiality of customer records and information ; ( 2 ) to protect against any anticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of such records ; and ( 3 ) to protect against unauthorized access to or use of such records or information which could result in substantial harm or inconvenience to any customer. A 3rd Party debt collector means there was a charge-off ; a charge-off is a certificate of indebtedness, this is income and must be removed from my credit reports. The Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, 5 U.S.C. 552a, establishes a code of fair information practices that governs the collection, maintenance, use, and dissemination of information about individuals that is maintained in systems of records by federal agencies. A system of records is a group of records under the control of an agency from which information is retrieved by the name of the individual or by some identifier assigned to the individual. See my attached Credit Report listing all 3 Credit Bureaus, XXXX, TRANSUNION, and XXXX. I have highlighted, marked, and listed all inaccuracies, and the number of violations from each Credit Bureau individually.

Consumer Complaint: Dear CFPB, My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX, and I am submitting this complaint as a demand to immediate removal of unauthorized information from my consumer report. I gave no form of expressed or implied consent for them to use my name, likeness, or credit data. Transunion has been reporting a bankruptcy XXXX from XXXX I have no contract with Transunion of any sort. I gave no implied or expressed consent to Transunion to furnish any type of private information or any information from that has been sourced or furnished from a third party. I have signed any agreement or contract with any third party giving express or implied authorization to furnish any information. Additionally, this negative information violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) 15usc 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) ( 4 ) There is a need to insure thatconsumerreporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for theconsumers right to privacy. They have reported my private information to the consumer reporting agencies without my consent. I do not have a contract with Transunion, XXXX or XXXX and is a non affiliated 3rd party. The previously 3 mentioned Consumer reporting agencies started reporting inaccurate date when I turned XXXX. XXXX XXXX has deprived and violated my privacy. Furthermore, I have sent Transunion several correspondence regarding this matter and they continued to report this information. I submitted a written statement from the Supreme Court stating they do not furnish any information to the consumer reporting agencies, has deprived me off my right to privacy. given my private information as per Section 607 ( a ) ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) of the FCRA which requires credit reporting agencies like XXXX XXXX to ensure that the information they report is accurate, complete and up-to-date Additionally, this violates Section 621 of the FCRA which states that any person who willfully fails to comply with any requirement imposed under this title with respect to any consumer is liable to that consumer in an amount equal to the sum of any actual damages sustained by the consumer as a result of the failure or damages of not less than { {$100.00} } and not more than { {$1000.00} }, as the court may allow. Furthermore, this violates 15 U.S.C 1681 et seq, particularly 15 U.S.C. 1681i and 15 U.S.C 1681j which states that credit reporting agencies must follow reasonable procedures to ensure the maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates and any person who fails to comply with any requirement imposed under this title shall be liable to the United States for a civil penalty. I have requested and demanded that they show proof that we have a contract where both parties agreed after a meeting of the Minds, an offer, acceptance and consideration was given. Transunion has not provided said contract or any agreement showing that I authorized them to furnish information. I again demand bona fide proof I agreed by submitting an affidavit giving first hand personal knowledge & experience of the contract and that I that I gave expressed permission to furnish my information, under the penalty of perjury
