Consumer Complaint: my name is XXXX XXXX, i have sent multiple complaints in regards to multiple accounts with the supporting documents to show XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX this account is in direct violation under the FCRA 15 U.S. Code 1681-2 - a person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to beleive that the information is inaccurate. as shows in the supporting documents all three credit bureaus are showing inaccurate missed payments as well as ( account type and Date Last Active ) this account should state paid never late. XXXX XXXX account - XXXX this account is also inaccurate ( date last active, Date of last payment, date opened and account type ) are all inaccurate and are ina complete violation of the FCRA under 15 U.S. Code 1681-2 as well as 15 U.S. Code 1681 Section 604 ( a ) A consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written consent. XXXX account XXXX XXXX this account has the following inaccuracies ( account type, date opened, high credit, credit limit, comments to my account without my consent, date last active and date of last payment showing no payments made ) this account is in direct violation under the FCRA 15 U.S. Code 1681-2 as well as 15 U.S. Code 1681 Section 604 ( a ) A consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written consent. 15 USC 1681 section 602 which i have right to privacy. 15 USC 1681b -required under this law this title is to be mailed or delivered to the consumer not later than 21 days before the payment due date. i received nothing. i am a blocked caller to the customer care line in which this agency has been taking money out of my bank account this account is under violation FDCPA 15 U.S.C 1692e- which prohibits tge use of false, deceptive and or misleading representation in connection with the collection of debt. and is to be deleted from my credit report also under the FCRA all these account are under violation of my federal rights. under all codes named 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( a ), U.S.C 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( a ), 15 U.S.C 1681b.
