NORDSTROM/TD BANK USA need to answer to this inquiry. Why was my consumer report being looked at after you all closed my account due to none " payment ''? I'm not of the class of people who has to " pay ''. Why is there a new inquiry from your company being listed on my consumer report that I did not authorize? While you all are investigating this matter cease and desist all fraudulent collection activity due to billing errors on the account that was opened with open end consumer credit therefore I, the consumer and beneficiary was never late pursuant TILA, FCRA, and ECOA. Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2021, TD Bank froze my business savings account and has not given me access since. I have prove of e-mails attempting to fix this. I have called customer service countless times and even traveled back to the east cost from the Midwest where my husband was stationed, to fix this issue. I was told it would be resolved and my {XXXX} would be sent to me in a check and my account would be closed. This was XXXX XXXX XXXX Nothing ever happened. I have not had time to go home and fight this again, as I work full time and have XXXX kids. I need this resolved and Im not sure I can afford a lawyer to handle this issue. This is poor unacceptable customer service.

I have been on hold for upwards of twenty minutes each time. I have no idea what the charges are on my account because I cant access it online and cant get a person on the phone to unlock my account. Consumer Complaint: I received my Target Bill ( XXXX ). I paid the entire bill on XX/XX/2022. The following week i tried using the card to purchase Gas and the Target Master card Declined. I contacted Target.com/MYredcard and called XXXX. I was told suspicious activity was noticed. They said i don't normally pay this amount at one time. They froze the card. I was told to call my bank on a three way line with them on the line listening to verify my bank account after they already received payment from my same account, same Bank i have been using to pay the Bill for years. My Target account has a zero balance owed. Target refuses to open the card for my use. I'm being Penalized for paying off the card and having a zero balance.

Received a call from XXXX about an account that was being attempted to be opened. I did not try to open account. XX/XX/22. Disputed with XXXX and removed from report. Received a letter from XXXX denying a Credit card as i already had a credit card from XXXX XXXXI did not request a new line of credit -I called chase and they listed this as fraud., XXXX did not see this on my report. Hard inquiry from XXXX XXXX XXXX I did not request a credit card from them. I have placed a credit freeze with all XXXX credit bureaus so that no one will be able to open credit in my name. I'm not sure what else to do. *i did open XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXXThat is the only recent credit line that i applied for.

Consumer Complaint: I received a letter on the XXXX of XXXX stating that my account TD Retail Card account number XXXX was past due., I called customer service to advise them that the account was set for auto payment. Unknown to me, when I paid off the previous balance and made a new purchase, I was supposed to re-setup auto payment. I don't care too much about getting a refund on the two amounts I listed on the form, my foremost concern is a late payment on my credit report and the effect it will have on my ability to purchase a house, with I'm in the process now. I need your help in removing this late charge. Their statement states that you can set up a one-time or recurring payment, but there is nothing about doing it every time you pay off the account. Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2021 {$600.00} was charged from a doctor that fraudulently charged my card. He promised to issue a refund but never did. I disputed this charge 5 times with TD bank and they denied it due to telling me to contact the doctor directly. I tried that XXXX times with no response. Found out XXXX was arrested and in jail for this same reason. TD bank still wouldnt help me. Again they stated I need to contact the XXXX. They refused to help me several times. I just want my refund!
