Consumer Complaint: Nordstrom- I got their response from the previous complaint. They indicated that my check was insufficient fund. I tried to pay with cash at the store and using my XXXX XXXX card. They couldnt accept my payment through that method. That does not have any factor to me making a payment to resolve the issues it possible. AGAIN IF THEY COULDNT ACCEPT MY PAYMENT WITH THE METHOD IT WAS GUARANTEED, THATS NOT MY FAULT.

Consumer Complaint: I wrote about a month ago about a late fee Target refused to refund me. This fee was under dispute and now I get a bill with a late fee on top of that late fee. I understand I was late paying my bill- but I have been displaced from my house for over a year due to a store and was living between an rental home and spent the last 5 months in a hotel room with my family. Picking up mail and staying organized was a bit of a challenge when you work 60 hours a week and are between your home and a hotel room. PLUS I disputed the charge and only just got the decision from CFPB- while this was under dispute I should have gotten a 1 month reprieve on paying the late fee while it was being disputed. BUT NO I got charged another {$30.00}. I refuse to pay this -- Target is taking advantage of me and I called and they acknowledged the fee was under dispute and said too bad- you are now charged another fee. I work for a financial services company and know CFPB is pushing for banks to waive overdraft and nuisance fees... why not push to have this credit card company waive a fee for a family that is displaced from their home and living under very difficult conditions. I hope Target enjoys the {$60.00} in fees and it was worth losing a customer -- I will NEVER shop in that store again and I will not pay this additional {$30.00} fee -- it is taking advantage of a customer that had a fee under dispute and it is despicable. Customer loyalty goes both ways and if they will not address this with waiving a fee then they will never get a loyal customer out of me or my family. This is the only recourse the consumer has anymore -- ban the brands that do not take their customers seriously and do not align with our values. My social circle is large and we all feel the same -- Target will be my target -- hope the fee revenue was worth the ding on your reputation and your future revenue.

Consumer Complaint: RE : CONTINUED HARASSMENT AND THEFT BY TD BANK Hello TD Bank : XXXX XXXX President of TD Bank wrote us a letter in XX/XX/2022 ( attached ) advising that our bank accounts would be abruptly closed on XX/XX/2022. Why then are you continuing to keep it open and charge my account bounced check and overdraft fees when it was obviously emptied in response? Please refund those immediately since XX/XX/XXXX and before. In addition, why in XXXX is your merchant service continuing to attack us with credit card charge backs ( repeatedly presented after we originally won them ) when the XXXX XXXX account termination letter also stated that our merchant service accounts would be closed on the same day, XX/XX/2022, and we have not used them since XXXX after having switched both our bank and our merchant accounts. This only forces us to continue to prepare and respond to useless, already dealt with, and already won credit card charge backs, thus wasting our time, resources, money and energy - or is this your goal, to continue to hurt our small business, long after you chose to disrupt it by abruptly closing our accounts because we filed government complaints about your XXXX service? One more time - close down these accounts immediately, so that we no longer have to hear from any of you, ever again, otherwise we will once again file government complaints against TD Bank and its associated merchant services, again. Be guided accordingly.

Consumer Complaint: Since XX/XX/2022 I have had numerous fraudulent accounts open at TD Bank. I've called them multiple times and they say " they are looking into it ''. I continue to get new accounts sent to me that someone is opening fraudulently. I have documents of everything I have for TD Bank. I am annoyed that this continues to happen at the same bank. TD bank said it may take months for them to send a letter that this account is closed even though there are multiple fraudulent accounts. A few accounts also were then opened at XXXX bank as well around this same time. XXXX was able to send me a notice of account closure very quickly. I am still waiting on TD Bank to do this. I am attaching XXXX to show how quickly another company can handle it compared to TD.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I permanently opted out of all reporting agencies indefinitely. To my surprise, a mortgage company by the name of XXXX, acting on behalf of XXXX XXXX was able to successfully submit a hard inquiry through to my credit report, obtaining unauthorized personal information without my consent. Appalled, Id reached out to you all, only to discover that a company called XXXX, whom my first report was for, performed the hard-inquiry on XXXX XXXX request. After XXXX told you all that theyd contacted me with solutions regarding my complaint with you all, you all closed my complaint and they did not reach out to me by phone call like yall told me they did, but instead sent me correspondence in the US postal mailing systems. Once received and read, theyd suggested that I reach out to XXXX XXXX. I reached out to them, theyd collected my pertinent information some how, confirmed it all with me, then in a confrontational manner, told me that they were not going to remove the hard inquiry from my credit report, placed on my report on XX/XX/XXXX, but I was just made aware of the inquiry XX/XX/XXXX. When I asked about the dates and weirdness of it all, a guy by the name of XXXX XXXX, spoke to me by phone on XX/XX/XXXX, very rudely exclaiming to me that due to my knowing all of my own information and verifying it with him, that it somehow was me that theyd gotten my consent from. I have NEVER given them any, never heard of them until the XXXX paperwork in the mail, and would not ever do business with a company like them under any circumstances past or present. Id permanently opted-out of all credit reporting agencies ranging from XXXX due to how many of them there are. So Im curious, How is it that XXXX acting on behalf of XXXX XXXX company was able to successfully submit a hard inquiry into my credit reports, WITHOUT MY CONSENT, and not only gain access to my personal information but also distribute it to XXXX XXXXe whom also DID NOT GET CONSENT FROM ME EVER, and I didnt and still dont know of them nor have never reached out to a company like them, were they able to perform this unauthorized act with so much ease? Why dont my permanent freezes placed on my credit reports work? Finally, their are two companies ( which one of them TD Auto Finance was paid in full ), is reporting late payments, on closed accounts on my credit report, but have also been able to report these things in my permanently opted-out credit reports. How and why have they too, been able to do such things?

Consumer Complaint: My financial life is under attack. The bank gave me a credit line of over draft protection and some sicko system has gotten its hands on it's algorisms. It will not honor the protection the account was assigned. Also, in addition of this, XXXX was refunded by the merchant regarding a failed attempt at travel, with the company on the XXXX. XXXX stated their was issues getting trains out of the XXXX South Carolina Area. Did issue the money and within a day the bank told me it was pending to go into my account. All of a sudden on the XXXX the money has disappeared and the only thing they can say, is that it will hit the account some time. At this point I now believe there is a thief at the bank using customer 's money and then putting it back when and if they feel like it.
