Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email welcoming me to TD banks. Two days later, I received a welcoming letter to include a debit card and savings account information. I called TD Bak immediately, and they informed they would do a thorough investigation and close all accounts in my name. It is XXXX, and the accounts were never closed, and TD Bank never called me or sent the required documentation showing the status of the investigation. I believe TD Bank in XXXX ; PA used my information to fraud open accounts to make sales, and a Federal Investigation should take place, and I should be paid for Fraud.

Consumer Complaint: TD Bank I opened a secured credit card with TD bank with a {$600.00} deposit I received the card I used {$640.00} on the car XXXX paid the card off the XXXX {$640.00} all the purchases that I made had posted and was paid which was the entire {$640.00} TD bank though still have the purchases showing as pending and posted and are hold my full amount of available credit of {$600.00} until the pending balance which has already posted falls off I this isn't right especially because this is a secured card if I make my full payment that full payment amount is supposed to be available to me. But because I'm a XXXX individual they are doing this if I was a race of another XXXX I wouldn't receive this treatment they're always locking my card and wouldn't make my credit available to me.

Last month in just one week the bank charged in {$640.00} in over draft fees. In the past XXXX days over {$240.00}. I tried to explain to them a number of times my hardship. Not only do they not try and help refund any of the fees, they harass me with phone calls, are verbally abusive and threaten my family. Today they threatened me and refused to show any compassion. Because of their lack of compassion and understanding not only have they taken over {$1000.00} from me in fees they have caused a financial problem. I will be suing TD Bank

Consumer Complaint: I have TD bank visa card. I have my card on auto-payment with TD bank. They charged me late fee of {$35.00} in XXXX and XXXX. I called them on XX/XX/2022 and they told me that your auto-payment was rejected due to insufficient funds. I told them that its only {$35.00} and I have more balance in my account than this amount and told them that I have bank statements. They checked and told me that they will reverse the charge as it is the mistake of TD bank, and this month same problem happens with multiple customers. Then I checked that same problem happened in XXXX and they charged me {$35.00}. I called them again that kindly adjust this {$35.00} of XXXX as well. So, I explained the whole story to new customer service representative, and she just kept telling me : it is due to insufficient funds and refuse to listen to me further and just drop the call.
