Consumer Complaint: SYNCB/SAMS CLUB Inquiry date : XX/XX/2022 In accordance with the fair credit Reporting act XXXX Account Number XXXX, has violated my rights. 15 USC 1681 Section 602 states I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 also states : a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 USC 1666B : A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open-end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. I do not have an account, nor have I ever applied for an account.

Consumer Complaint: SYNCHRONY BANK issued Amazon card. Could not locate the physical card to pay a {$2.00} balance. Payment was only possible through Synchrony, but without the card I could not register to login or login to the Synchrony site. I called Customer Service. Their automated service does not allow a bypass of the recorded messages ; no option for lost or stolen cards. You are forced to listen to a long list of messages before finally getting an opportunity to state your issue. The connection was bad - obviously overseas call centers- and the call dropped twice, forcing me to go back through the system. On one occasion, a representative actually was providing the credit card number ( without requiring any security questions ), but the call cut out. The third time I went through the system to reach a person, I was told Synchrony would have to issue a new card and it would take 10 days. I was able to get a supervisor, who did an ACH transfer to pay the {$2.00} bill. Synchrony should not be allowed to issue credit cards if it can't provide adequate support to cardholders, including the option to reach a representative in a timely manner ; immediate support in the case of lost or stolen cards ; security checks for provding card information. This is a very unprofessional operation for a financial institution. I appreciate your follow up to address the issues.

I do not have any responsibility for the debt they are trying to collect. This item has been disputed on my credit report since XX/XX/XXXX XXXX credit bureau documentation available. XXXX XXXX XXXX made an unauthorized/fraudulent inquiry to my credit report profile in XX/XX/XXXX and followed up with a letter XX/XX/XXXX for a debt I am not responsible for. Lastly, the I do not and have not given XXXX XXXX XXXX permission to obtain my credit reports or any information about my credit profile. The last status update reported by XXXX, XXXX and XXXX was XX/XX/XXXX per Annual credit report documentation. Per Federal law this debt is over 7 years .Cease and Dismiss obtaining my credit report illegally for a debt that is not valid. This is illegal to Re-aging debt is when a debts status changes on credit reports to make it appear as a newer debt. It is illegal for XXXX XXXX XXXX debt collectors to re-age Synchrony Bank credit accounts.

Consumer Complaint: PayPal credit has any purchase over {$99.00} put into a 0 % for XXXX months. However, I have made a purchase then return it and once PayPal receives the merchant credit, they are not applying it to the original purchase. This could cause me to pay more in interest even thought the item was returned. Example a purchase of {$160.00} was made it is 0 % till XX/XX/XXXX. I return the item. Merchant refunds {$150.00} They do not apply merchant credit to that purchase they apply it to a purchase that 0 % expires in XXXX. Even though they are completely different merchants. This is one of example of four complaints I currently have made with PayPal. They could be doing this to many people and they might not realize it and in turn could be paying interest charges they might not really owe.

The payment should have been around XXXX but instead I paid for 8 months XXXX every month. I WAS TOLD THAT IS WOULD BE FIXED. I CALLED REPEATEDLY was told that that department did not have a direct number. I stop making the payments until they fix the issues. I also let them know that no fees should apply since it was their fault. Well now they have attached tremendous fee 's and I still can't get these matters fixed.
