Consumer Complaint: Care credit has damage to credit by reporting wrong amount own. I was almost done paying my loan. When I lost my job and went to hardship. Got very XXXX and XXXX work to for ever. I was only {$800.00} left. So I called them to close account and make payment of {$58.00} until i was done. because I was low in money and bill where just stacking I make 3 payments of {$58.00}. What was my surprise the smack me with {$3000.00} when I only own them about {$600.00} because i did payment of {$100.00}. So I called them why did the loan was less than {$600.00} why did the report to credit company 's the wrong amount. Called the 10x and never got a answer. So I told them I wasn't making more payments until the fix that amount! Until this day they keep bringing my credit score to XXXX when I had XXXX score. I'm been stressing calling credit companies with no luck. This company has Destroy my life! Opportunity! Had stress me out mentally.

Consumer Complaint: I applied for the TJX Rewards Master Card at XXXX in XXXX, XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2022. At the time they claimed i would receive the Card in 7-10 business days. After that period i calles Synchorny to verify status, they told me the card was sent to an incorrect mailing address. They canceled that card and sent a new one to the correct address. Today is XX/XX/2022 and i still havent received the credit card. I have called a total of 7 times to make the same mailing address change. But every time i call, they have the incorrect mailing address again. I already had to pay for the credit card statement once and havent been able to use it. Almost 2 months have gone by and i still do not understand why they cant get the mailing address right. They dont have any other option to recieve the credit card. Everyte i call i get a different answer on what they think went wrong the last time. Im extremely frustrated. My credit has already been inquired; meaning if i cancel the card it will have a negative effect on my credit report, all because of this Synchrony banks inability to send a credit card to a correct mailing address. Please help!

Consumer Complaint: I filed three disputes with Synchrony Bank for my Care Credit card. One dispute was for merchandise that was cancelled and the other was for malpractice and for work that caused pain and will have to be corrected. I sent documents in the mail, but Synchrony never considered them. They never conducted a fair investigation. Synchrony never gave me due process. After receiving the merchant 's response, they never asked me to respond like banks do. They simply did the simplest and laziest thing which was to close the dispute.

PayPal has already closed this case in my favor and I need Synchrony Bank to credit my account. I did not authorize Synchrony bank to charge my account {$900.00} after I was refunded. I ordered the item on XXXX XXXX. The seller promised to deliver the item to me on XX/XX/XXXX with a signature request, but I never received my order. I am requesting that the error be corrected, that any finance or other charges related to the disputed amount be credited to my account, and that I get an accurate statement. Enclosed are copies of PayPals decision on the case, email proof of signature request, disputes filed with XXXX, cancellation of orders with XXXX and delay in refunds, these documents support my position and experience. Please correct the error on my account promptly. Also, I have received poor customer service from Synchrony bank were representatives have hung up the phone on me.
