Consumer Complaint: Synchrony Financial XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX XXXX Number : XXXX ] incorrectly reported late payments in XXXX and collection items on my account in XXXX and XXXX. Synchrony Financial XXXX XXXX turned my account over to XXXX XXXX and locked my online account so that I could no longer pay online. In the transfer to XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX did not provide my SSN, incorrectly changed the last digit of my credit card number from an XXXX to a XXXX and left off the Unit # in my address, so that I was also not receiving paper billing notices. When I called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was transferred to XXXX XXXX, but they were not able to locate my account or verify an account belonging to me because of the incorrect information ( no SSN, incorrect XXXX #, and incorrect address ). XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX report XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX days late to the credit bureaus in XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. There is no information on my credit report until the account was turned over to a XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX with the same incorrect information as before. I continued to call XXXX and XXXX XXXX, but neither company was able to tell me the Collection Agency the account was turned over to. The mail was finally forwarded to my correct address and the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in full. I should not have to suffer the consequences of late and collection information on my credit report because of the incompetence of Synchrony Bank. I have disputed this information with the credit bureaus, but the credit bureaus decided in favor of the bank because they were not aware of the extenuating circumstances that caused me to miss payments on the account. Please remove the XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX late payments on my XXXX XXXX account as well as the late payments when the account was turned over to Collections ( XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX ) for a total of XXXX ( XXXX ) separate negative items.

Consumer Complaint: I have a complaint with SYCB/Sam 's CLub Dual CC. On XX/XX/XXXX a payment was made made online for {$2000.00}. ( SYCB/Sam 's Club said they didn't receive it. A dispute was opened. Our bank sent a confirmation that the {$2000.00} was paid. It was 3 months until they found the payment. ( charging me interest and late fees on the amount while it was in dispute ) On XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke with a representative and she confirmed they had the payment. I asked her what the remaining balance was. She stated {$390.00}. I paid her online for that amount to pay it off. I received an online bill via email on XX/XX/XXXX stating that I have a balance of {$2000.00}. No explanation- just a bill. I called on XX/XX/XXXX to question why I was receiving this {$2000.00} bill. I was told that I was sent an email on XX/XX/XXXX explaining why the {$2000.00} was back on the account. ( after their review ) I did not receive the email and asked the representative to tell me why. She said she didn't know and the details in the email would tell me. She also told me that the dispute had been closed and I would have to open a new one. I asked her to resend the email which has been 4 hours and I don't have it. The money has come out of our account, plus they have added late fees and interest on the amount. They have this payment and it's very disturbing to deal with this company. My credit score is excellent and my bills are always paid on time. I do not owe this {$2.00} again.

Consumer Complaint: I can't get in front of the interest payments and at the current rate, I will continue to overpay the loan approved. I have made payments for longer than a year and I still have a {$3900.00} balance on a {$4800.00} credit. I am not attempting to get out of any responsibility to pay, but the interest payment every month will never address the principal and I will be upside down unless I pay it off in full.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I received an alert from XXXX XXXX that a new credit card was opened under my personal private information with SYNCB/Paypal Credit Card with a {$300.00} credit line. XXXX XXXX was the only credit company that was not " Locked/Frozen '' because I am in the process of applying for a new mortage. During this short amount of time XXXX XXXX was not Frozen, this is when the fraudulent account was opened. I have not been opening or using credit to keep my credit score up. This fraudulent action also lowered my credit score. I tried reaching out to Synchrony Bank and Paypal but I dont have or know any information associated with this account so it did not get me anywhere. There was a local address and phone number associated with this new fake account and the phone just rang. I would like an investigation into this matter as this is now on my credit report and has caused problems now saying that I owe a balance of {$280.00} and I do not know what it is for. Definably not from me or anyone that I know.

On XX/XX/XXXX I received a call from a delivery service that my fridge from XXXX was on the way. I explained to them that I'd ordered and received my fridge 14 months ago and they canceled the delivery. Syncrony, the company that runs their credit card continues to bill me. I have a Lowes card even though I didn't order the fridge with it. I've sent them the order from XXXX, my credit card statement from XXXX from my bank and a screen shot of the fridge from my XXXX account from XX/XX/XXXX. I was told on the phone just now that Lowes claims they provided " services rendered '' and there's nothing they can do. I've been disputing this back and forth with Syncrony since XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: The complaint I have with each company is, my rights were violated. I recently came across information from the Federal Trade Commission more specifically the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act 15 USC 6802. On one of the accounts ( XXXX ) my now ex-husband purchased the unit with me as the buyer and him as the co-buyer with all of my information. I never signed any documents, nor did I give him premission to do so, because we were married at the time, I didn't want to prosecute him. After looking at the original documents. I've never lived at the address on the document, nor did I sign anything, someone had to sign my name. I will attach all of the following correspondence letters I've sent to these companies as of XX/XX/2022 with no resolution. My student loans have also been XXXX due to a permanent XXXX, but they're still being reported.

Consumer Complaint: I have been getting text messages from synchrony bank in regards to fraudulent transactions to aTJ Maxx rewards credit card that I have not signed up for. I filed a fraud report and requested the account to be closed. But they asked that I pay for the {$210.00} payment fee that I had missed. But I didn't need to make the payment because I had never made any transactions with a TJ Maxx credit card. Nor have I ever opened up one. If I did, I would remember. But, I don't. So I just made the payment today and I have family members asking me why I did it. But I can't give them a straight answer.
