Consumer Complaint: Hi, I disputed the unauthorized transaction for SYNCB / AMAZON with XXXX, and the dispute report # XXXX did not find the mistake. Back in 2014, I found many fraudulent transactions and called Amazon to cancel the account, but it kept sending the statement to ask for the payment I did not authorize. Consumer Complaint: This is regarding my previous complaint : XXXX. This complaint was closed, without it being resolved. XXXX, who works at Synchrony, and replied to the previous complaint, gave her phone number in regards to seeking information about the charges at Synchrony Bank, will not answer the phone, and won't call back on the numerous voicemails I have left her. The fees in question originally with the original complaint that were on my account, are still there. They have now added to my interest-free payments, a XXXX amount of over {$100.00} - I have not made any purchases, and I have not used the credit card at all, besides what was already on there for my interest-free payment. This company is still trying to scam me out of anything that they can, and can't explain any of the charges properly- and are now trying to scam me again. My balance went up, but there isn't an explanation in my account activity. XXXX erased the balance I was seeing to make it look like she resolved it but then went up on my overall balance to hope I wouldn't notice.

In hindsight, I FORGOT about the " Promotional Expiration Date XX/XX/XXXX '' On XX/XX/XXXX I was charged an ADDED " Interest Payment '' of {$220.00}, because the Full Amount had not been paid. I confused Monthly " FEES FOR THIS PERIOD '' with Interest. I am requesting SYNCHRONY BANK remove the Interest Payment '' of {$220.00} from my account. I will pay off what I owe and NEVER due Business with SYNCHRONY BANK or XXXX XXXX AGAIN.

Consumer Complaint: XXXXOpen account # XXXX at Sam 's Club for a Synchrony Master Card and never received invoice for the account number XXXX. XX/XX/2023 Received text that I was late with first payment for Account XXXX that I still had not gotten.I called and talked to agent from Synchrony and explain that I had not gotten any invoices from them and he said I owed {$28.00} which I went to Sam 's club and paid {$28.00} on XX/XX/2023. I have original receipt that I paid. I told them to close account for # XXXX, I cut up card and never use it again. Synchrony Bank applied it to different account number that I did not sign up for and every month there after they keep billing me for different amounts and adding interest, penalties and threats. I am getting invoices, texts and letters each month and i have called them each time and have to spend one half to two hours on telephone trying to get this resolved.

Consumer Complaint: There is a collection account on my credit report from XXXX XXXX XXXX which lists Synchrony Bank as the original creditor of the account. I don't recall having an account with your company. Can you please send debt validation for the account number SYNCH-XXXX. It is also important to note that the account number on my credit report is not an accurate account number further violating FCRA regulations. I will need to see the original contract bearing my signature because my information was compromised in the XXXX data breach. I will also need to see the forward flow agreement along with correspondence informing me that the account was being sold. If I had this, I would have known about this account and could have disputed sooner. Please inform me as to what the balance is and how much the account was sold to XXXX XXXX XXXX. Also provide me with the 1099 form since this account was written off. If you can not provide all of the information requested, and if you have not done an investigation into the XXXX data breach claim when I have already provided my claim number, then please contact the collection agency and XXXX, and have them remove this account due to inaccurate reporting. If this information is not removed within 30 days, Synchrony bank has the possibility of being taken to small claims court per violation of the FCRA regulations.

The originator, SYNCHRONY BANK AMAZON, failed to validate the debt in a timely manner and pursuant to Federal laws and regulations, the became No Longer allowed to collect, report, or bring litigation as a result of their own failure 's. The third party collector or debt purchaser has obtained " uncollectable debt '' as a result of the originators failures, and does NOT become collectable just because it is is new hands. I Demand that any and all derogatory information be removed from my trade lines immediately as the collector has NO legal grounds to report or collect any debt from myself.
