Consumer Complaint: I disputed a charge is on my credit card over a year ago. I had ordered an item with overnight delivery it showed up several days later than expected so when XXXX came to the door I told the driver I was refusing the shipment she said no problem. It was returned to the merchant I do have a proof of delivery from XXXX that says shipment refused merchandise returned to merchant. I disputed the charge I called the merchant several times to no resolve. I have literally spoken to synchrony bank probably XXXX times regarding this matter. I have since closed the card and it is now affecting my otherwise perfect credit score. They call me from an automated service every day But I am unable to speak to a person they send me letters but nobody will resolve this matter. I am hoping that you will be able to assist. I never received the item I will never pay for it but it is affecting my credit score which is quite disappointing from a large bank like synchrony. Consumer Complaint: Approximately a year to 18 months ago I made a purchase from XXXX and opened a store charge card through Synchrony Bank to finance it . Unfortunately, the product was defective on delivery. One section was manufactured in the wrong fabric color and there were two specific mechanical defects. The merchant was recalcitrant about addressing the situation so I eventually opened a dispute on the payment balance. Extremely gradually over the past year they have reluctantly and slowly addressed these three defects until, finally, today delivering the replacement section in the correct fabric as purchased. Unfortunately, 4 times over the past year Synchrony Bank has inappropriately " resolved the dispute in the merchant 's favor '' without any communication to or with me whatsoever. Each time the defects remained unresolved but each time they closed the dispute without any investigation checks with me. The most recent time was 4 weeks ago and after extensive conversations they *promised* me this would not happen again. Of course it did. Again I received nothing from them though I always receive their e-mails seeking payment so we know they can reach me. This time they marked the account delinquent and assessed a late fee. They have refused to acknowledge or address their repeated mishandling of this situation and inappropriate adverse actions against me for their failure to communicate with me about whether the dispute could be closed or to notify me they were doing so. They have agreed to remove the late fee but they are refusing to take any steps to remove the adverse notation of delinquency with the credit bureau and they are refusing to account for how they continued to prematurely close the dispute before the deficiencies were resolved. As this has now happened on 4 separate occasions even after the most recent time when they *promised* it would not happen again I am left with no recourse but to file this complaint against them.

Consumer Complaint: We made a purchase with our TJX rewards card for {$32.00} The purchase did not work out and we return the items the next morning, they said that they had refunded that amount back to the TJX rewards card. So there should be a XXXX balance on the card. They sent a bill later with the {$39.00} plus a {$27.00} fees charge for late fee ( {$25.00} ) XXXX min interest fee ( {$2.00} ). We reached out to the the credit card to resolve the issue. We spoke with XXXX, company code XXXX. She stated that they didnt see the credit And that they could only file a dispute.She also stated that she was from the collection agency of the bank that works with the TJX rewards card and that she could not look up our transactions. She refused to work with us to remove the balance XXXX stated she could only file a dispute. If you could please help as they should be able to see both the purchase transaction XXXX the return transaction, this should have been an easy solve.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/22, an autopayment of {$100.00} was applied to my CareCredit account. On XX/XX/22, I manually paid {$2700.00} to pay off my account. I then switch my autopayment from a specific dollar amount to Statement Balance to pay any future balance. On XX/XX/22, I received a letter from you that my autopay had change to {$0.00} and will be posted on XX/XX/22. However, on XX/XX/22, an autopayment of {$2700.00} was erroneously deducted from my bank account. This transaction was not legal. The payment was rejected because I only had about {$2000.00} or so in my account, not expecting an unauthorized debit of {$2700.00} from CareCredit. On XX/XX/22, I receive a letter that CareCredit has closed my account because I had two rejected payments. There is no record of a 1st rejection on your website. And the second rejection was an unauthorized, illegal debit from CareCredit. I have been a 20-year +customer, never had a late payment, and generally pay off my balances within the six-month promotional period. I called CareCredit three times, but I was told that no one could not reopen my account. So, I have subsequently filed three consumer complaints as noted and attached. My hope is this mistake was not intentionally in violation of the FDIC, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and other related financial regulations, but nevertheless, it needs to corrected. I would like my account reinstated immediately. I need this account for my pets in the event of illness or other unexpected vet bills.

Consumer Complaint: my issue is with an item I bought from Amazon, on their Amazon Prime Store Card, issued by Synchrony Bank, returned to Amazon, Amazon acknowledges the return and has stated they have issue multiple credits, multiple times for this ONLY item on this card, and yet for nearly 1 year now, Synchrony Bank has posted NO CREDITS. Today XX/XX/XXXX I get an email from XXXX XXXX stating my credit report now shows a delinquent account, and an email from XXXX stating basically the same. So NOW my credit score has been affected, and I have never missed a payment in my XXXX years of living. XX/XX/XXXX - ordered commercial XXXX XXXX from Amazon ( order # XXXX ), needed this immediately for my small business, item shows as ordered, I never receive it. * My Amazon analytics page shows Return Reason as SHIPPING ADDRESS UNDELIVERABLE for this item and order. XX/XX/XXXX - I call Amazon, explain the situation that I did not receive this blender, and I urgently needed it, so Amazon says the item is LOST. Reorders another immersion blender for me, this order number I believe is XXXX? I waited a few more wks, no immersion blender shows up from Amazon, period! XX/XX/XXXX - I ordered the same immersion blender from XXXX, and I have the order confirmation, and it was delivered a few days later. I've had the charge posted to my Synchrony Amazon Card account, I've had to dispute the charge with Synchrony Bank, back and forth, back and forth, resolved, then not resolved, etc. XX/XX/XXXX after a call with Amazon- spoke with Amazon just to make sure they issued 2 credits since I never received either immersion blender. I called them a few mins ago. XXXX from XXXX said there were 2 credits/chargebacks issued for the 2 immersion blenders I never received, and she provided me with the chargeback id # issued to Synchrony Bank XXXX They are as follows # XXXX {$620.00} on XX/XX/XXXX, and # XXXX {$620.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. This should bring my account up to date with both credits. ** XXXX XXXX XXXX - randomly I receive from XXXX a extremely dirty box, like its been laying around collecting dust, etc. with the IMMERSION BLENDER I ordered from XXXX back in XXXX. Just out of the clear blue sky, XXXX tracking number was XXXX, and Amazon did and will confirm that this was returned and received back to Amazon. The only Immersion blender I have is from bakedeco.com, paid for using my person credit card, has nothing to do with Synchrony. XX/XX/XXXX - Email from Amazon showing me the 5 times they have issued credits to my Synchrony Amazon Store credit card account, and still nothing shows on the Synchrony statement, no credits exist and I continue to receive account past due, phone calls continually, etc. This entire time, I continue contacting both Amazon and Synchrony, because Synchrony ALWAYS tells me that I have to contact Amazon, they have NEVER RECEIVED ANY CREDITS from Amazon, and this just continually continues. By XX/XX/XXXX, I've called Amazon at least 18 times, and Synchrony Bank regarding my account minimally 15+ times with no resolution, still to this day. NOTE : I was told by Synchrony IF a credit was issued, and the item in question was under dispute, that credit would NEVER post. What? Makes absolutely no sense. I've tried unsuccessfully to escalate this on both sides, no luck at all. XX/XX/XXXX - lastly yet another call to Amazon and XXXX sent me an email showing me all of the additional credits they posted on XX/XX/XXXX and says it should take up to a week to post to the Amazon Synchrony Store Card. XX/XX/XXXX ( I think ) was the 2nd time I've called and even logged in to my Synchrony Amazon Store credit card account and there are STILL NO CREDITS POSTED. I have rarely used this Amazon XXXX XXXX XXXX from Synchrony Bank, period. If you check the purchase history on this card, you will see only a few charges all the yrs I've had this card. Now that they continue to escalate something that should have been handled nearly 1 year ago and my credit is now affected, I am closing this account once my credit is applied and account history is cleared. Please know at NO TIME was anyone from Synchrony Bank interested in researching or doing anything at all. Every voice message stated to call their number, every time I did they wanted payment, and I continually told them what was going on and honestly they could not have cared less. I've read a lot of complaints only yesterday about Synchrony bank suing customers and lawsuits, etc. the tracking label for the randomly received XXXX blender I received in mid XXXX, is attached as well. I have tons of other documents, I can send over it needed. Additionally I have the documents I received yesterday after Synchrony Bank filed with the credit bureau regarding my account with them being delinquent. Whatever else you need I can certainly send over. I didn't know I needed to attached the documents, or I would have better organized them. Thank you so much! Sincerely

I received today, a denial from Synchrony Bank stating that the request was denied for the following reason ( s ) : Unsatisfactory payment history with Synchrony Bank. I currently have numerous cards with Synchrony Bank and show ZERO delinquent payments. I called Synchrony 's customer service and spoke with five different representatives that can not find what generated this letter. After being transferred to 5 different customer service representatives in which each was unable to help me, I have decided to fill out this complaint form with your organization to help me find out any problems with my account that generated this denial letter.

I never opened a PayPal credit card thru Synchrony Bank, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Florida XXXX. Balance of {$5000.00} for deposits in XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, transfers to XXXX unknowns, XXXX gift cards, XXXX charges dated XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX. I went on line for legitimate phone numbers for Synchrony and the automated system did not acknowledge the account number on the statement but referred me to get correct number to call for the credit card that I do not have. Also the duplicate statements received are not aligned properly, with wording running off the edge of the statement, which tells me this is fraudulent. I use PayPal for on line purchases and pay thru my checking or existing credit card and always received a confirmation email from PayPal. I will appreciate if you can sort out this Issue for me. Consumer Complaint: We made a purchase on a store card XX/XX/XXXX with insurance for the items. We made an insurance claim XX/XX/XXXX and paid the insurance deductible of XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. We made an instore purchase shortly after using the insurance credit at the store. The store manager was unsure how to use the insurance credit but told us they will figure it out. In XX/XX/XXXX the chair was delivered and we were charged XXXX on our store card instead of the insurance credit. We called the store XX/XX/XXXX and the store associate said they saw it should have gone to the insurance credit and will have the store manager call us. The store manager never called us, we called the store manager XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX with no luck. The store manager kept ducking us.
