Consumer Complaint: 30 day late payment notice added to my credit report for the month of XX/XX/2022 by PayPal Credit. I had signed up for automatic payments however the amount was not taken from my account. I then attempted to make a payment before the 30 days however, the payment never went through dispute all of my information being correct and my account being directly connected to my checking and savings account. I have tried to resolve this with them via email. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act I believe this this creditor has violated my rights under 15 USC 1681.

Consumer Complaint: I recently received a correspondence from Synchrony Bank stating, " we do not have enough information to research your inquiry. Please provide the name of the retailer or merchant and a copy of your credit bureaus report showing the inquiry. '' The correspondence also incorrectly spelled my name, clearly demonstrating the continued negligence and lack of accountability on the side of Synchrony Bank. The merchant is Synchrony Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. My name is spelled XXXX XXXX not XXXX XXXX, as mentioned to your department multiple times. Also, the XXXX and XXXX credit reports with these inquiries have been attached for your reference. The agent who picked up the phone at XXXX said that they were unable to help at this time because there is no account open with your organization under my social security number. Your organization has been useless in helping and has been illegally pulling people 's credit reports without their permission or legal cause.

Also the account has been closed. I rebuttal Synchrony Bank account because I do not owe this credit card statement and this is not true bill of commerce. Also XXXXSynchrony Bank has double dipped for least 3 years. Therefore I am requesting a Rescission under 15 USC 1635b : Return of money or property following rescission. Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2022, Synchrony Bank sold my XXXX card to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/2022, I inadvertently sent a payment of {$4000.00} through bill pay through XXXX XXXX XXXX to Synchrony Bank. I talked with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and they said that Synchrony Bank is supposed to forward the payment to them. To date, they have not done so. I can not speak to a live customer service agent at Synchrony Bank to resolve this, because the IVR system will not allow me to talk to a live agent unless I have an active account with Synchrony Bank, which I no longer have since they sold my XXXX card to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, My credit limit with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was around $ XXXX. For the past few months I'm barely making my minimum payments. I made a loan to pay my credit cards. I made a payment last XX/XX/XXXX of {$1500.00} then another one on XX/XX/XXXX of {$220.00} to pay all my balance and will start using it again frugally and earn cash rewards. I called ( Synchrony - issuer of credit card ) and asked them why my payments are not yet posted on my credit card and I was told that it's in the process but told them that it's been more than 5 days and the two payments I made are not yet in my credit card. I paid off my balance in good faith knowing that I can start using the credit card with caution. Then I received a letter in my email from Synchrony stating that they are lowering my credit limit to just {$250.00}. Why they only do that when I paid my full balance? they can just send me that letter before and I will do my best to pay the balance overtime but not at the expense of my paying the full balance. I think this is a deceiving tactics by the credit card company and it's not fair to the consumers per se. Thank you. Consumer Complaint: The loan is for {$12000.00}, with interest accruing daily. I sent in a payment of {$5000.00}, it was processing, then it disappeared. The amount was not taken out of my account, but I am trying to pay it off fast because the interest rate is crazy. I read reviews online ( after I set up the loan ) that they have refused peoples payments so they can collect all the interest that was expected. I have called them multiple times, took records of account balances ( both my bank and the loan amount ), payment confirmations, and phone calls. I am about to get in touch with a lawyer because they are ripping me off and wont let me pay it off. I have the money to pay it off, they just wont let me pay it.

Consumer Complaint: I have bought a fridge from amazon.com on XX/XX/2022 and I was charged XXXX dollars and then I returned the fridge but Amazon never gave me that refund so I contacted synchrony bank and they gave me a credit for XXXX dollars but then synchrony bank on XXXX recharged my account again for the credit of XXXX dollars that they gave me and also Amazon recharged me again for XXXX on XX/XX/2022 again. So Amazon has double charged me for an item that I returned back and synchrony Bank took back the credit of XXXX dollars that they gave and charged my Amazon credit card again on XX/XX/2022 for XXXX dollars. So I was charged 4 times of XXXX dollars for a single item that I returned back and Amazon has it in their warehouse. I called synchrony bank and they even refused to talk to me. I need the CFPB help with this issue and nobody seems to understand and amazon keeps charging my Amazon credit card for the same item and synchrony bank is allowing amazon to keep charging for an item that returned back and this is FRAUD from Amazon me synchrony bank. I am attaching documents that shows synchrony bank charging me again on XX/XX/2022 for the credit they gave me on XX/XX/2022 and Amazon charging me again on XXXX another XXXX dollars. I have been charged 4 times for an item that I returned to amazon and they have it in their warehouse
