Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of this year, I began to look at my credit reports. I noticed several errors, omissions, and inconsistent reporting between the XXXX credit bureaus on this Paypal Credit account from Synchrony Bank. I sent a dispute to the XXXX major credit bureaus. After 45 days, I checked my credit report only to find that my dispute was ignored, in fact the account was not even marked as disputed. I know Synchrony got the dispute from the credit bureaus with the XXXXXXXX XXXX. I then disputed again with the credit bureaus, and sent Synchrony bank a copy directly. After another 45 days, it still appeared my dispute was ignored. I then decided to hire a professional to help me with this. Since then, I filed for arbitration against them in XXXX. It is now XXXX, and aside from their attorney introducing themselves, I have heard nothing from them. I have given them a generous offer to resolve the dispute outside of arbitration which has gone ignored, just like my credit reporting disputes. I know the FCRA mandates a company to report with " Maximum Possible Accuracy '', and this account falls far short of that.

Consumer Complaint: My CareCredit account was closed suddenly, without my consent or knowledge. No notification was sent. I should at least get a warning to determine if theres anything that could be done to keep the account open. Not only was my account in good standing, but the company still owes me a credit {$5.00} associated with this card. How can they possibly close an account they owe money on? A consumer can't close a credit card that has an existing balance, so the company shouldn't be able to either. This closure has adversely affected my credit in a major way, and they need to be held accountable for that. When I contacted them, they simply refused to do anything.

Consumer Complaint: I have been a Care Credit Customer for over 2 years now. I opened my XXXX statement and the charged me {$1400.00} for interest! I called them and they said a " promotional period has ended ''. I was still being charged interest before this " promotion '' just ended. They said they can take the interest off if I make a {$1400.00} payment in 10 days. So technically they are not taking the interest off. I have been using this card and paying the payment on time for 2 years. So apparently, they did not allocate the payments properly for the 2 years. This charge put me at the over the limit amount. So now I will have to pay a penalty on top of that. Very shady way of doing business.

Consumer Complaint: Hard inquiry from jc penny/ Synchrony Bank XXXX I sent them letters by mail and called them XX/XX/2022, XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/2022, XX/XX/2022 and XX/XX/2022 each time filed with thier XXXX department about this hard inquiry on my credit report and they keep telling me it will be removed and they have sent reports to XX/XX/XXXXto remove it. XXXX said they have no reports from them to remove it and I need to contact jc penny to have it removed. I have done this over and over for 6 months. Also sent certified letters to XX/XX/XXXX, that the post office has receipt and proof they received but XXXX reps say nothing is in the system. Apparently they lost the letters after the received them. XXXX also says they can't prove it was me sending the certified letters, even though the letters included copy of my driver ID, copy of my Social security card, copy of my birth certificate and included other personal information.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, I purchased XXXX bar stool at Ashely Furniture on XX/XX/22. The advertised price online was listed as {$170.00} and they were offering XXXX XXXX off for the XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX This was not an online special the was the normal pricing. I purchased the stools in store and was charged {$190.00} for each stool. I spoke with the manager at the store and she said the cost of shipping and tax was included in that price. On the receipt the cost for shipping and tax is not built into the price because there is a separate line item for shipping and tax. I requested to have the price adjusted and be refunded the difference she said she can't do that. There was no resolution for the false advertisement. No apology. I actually was questioned why did I purchased them if they were higher. I told the manager that I was not made aware of what I was being charged. The stools didn't have a price tag on them. Consumer Complaint: I had an account thru synchrony bank for a Gap credit card, someone changed my address and charged XXXX worth of fraudulent charges to my card. I have been in contact with synchrony since XXXX 2022. They failed to do anything about the charges. They transferred the portfolio to XXXX XXXX in XXXX. I have contacted them several times and have been told they cant help me. Synchrony and XXXX both say there is they can do to help. Please help me, this is impacting my life. I have always paid my bills on time and take pride in maintaining a great credit score. Thank you.
