Consumer Complaint: I used my Care Credit credit card and the Care Credit online payment portal XX/XX/22 to pay XXXX XXXX for services rendered XX/XX/22 in the amount of {$2800.00}. To date, my provider has not received payment. Care Credit has been negligent in delivering my payment to XXXX XXXX while continuing to charge me for the transaction. I have made calls into Care Credit Customer Service. XXXX XXXX has made calls into Care Credit Merchant Services. XXXX XXXX and I have even sat down together to call into Care Credit. Care Credit verified on their end that the funds did not transfer and had stated that they would internally re-route them to the correct account and that XXXX XXXX should receive the funds by XX/XX/22. XXXX XXXX has still not received the funds as of XX/XX/22 and Care Credit is continuing to charge me on the transaction. Customer Services states they can not help and it needs to be resolved on the merchant 's end.

Consumer Complaint: There is a fiduciary obligation owed to me as I have given out my social security number, which the obligation is to act in MY BEST INTEREST financially. I asked synchrony bank as trustees to help me an I was hung up on. I expressed to them that they owe a fiduciary obligation an that breaching that duty could result in suspension or removal an I was abruptly hung up on. Not right. I NEED to get a loan an they are preventing me from doing that an refusing to help. That's a breach of fiduciary obligation which can take legal recourse.

Consumer Complaint: RE : Previous Complaint You investigated the previous complaint. Thank You. Due to your investigation, Synchrony Bank resolved most of this issue. They refunded my late fees, refunded my interest fees, and honored the Ten Percent discount that they offered. However, they also reported derogatory information to the Three Credit Bureaus. I have requested that Synchrony Bank remove this negative info. They have not agreed to do so. Clearly they were wrong to report this, as they corrected the erroneous charges. Since the charges were incorrect, the info to credit agency is also incorrect. Please have Synchrony Bank update my info reported to credit bureaus.

Consumer Complaint: I have a credit card for a TJ Maxx I opened about two years ago ( XX/XX/2020 ). My last name was misspelled and, for some reason I dont recall, it couldnt be fixed at that time. I just let it be because I still could use the card normally and I didn't think it'd be an issue. Fast forward to this summer, I'm in the middle of the process to get into my current job and I noticed that on my background check report it appears my misspelled last name on the " other names '' section. So when I went to a different location and asked if they could help me to correct my name there. They said yes and I put in the information they asked for- thinking it was to find my account to modify it. At the end they told me the system wouldnt allow it so I should call. I honestly dismissed it because I dont use that card that often and, again, didn't think it would cause a problem because my current legal name has always be the same. However, I recently was checking the activity in my report and I saw I had a new inquiry by SYNCB/TJX that was declined on XX/XX/XXXX. Apparently the way the cashier helped me was submitting an application for a new card without my consent, not fixing my name.

The unauthorized inquires are in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681. 15 USC 1681b states A person shall not use or obtain a consumer report for any purpose unless 1 ) the consumer report is obtained for a purpose for which the consumer report is authorized to be furnished under this section ; and XXXX ) the purpose is certified in accordance with section 1681e of this title by a prospective user of the report through a general or specific certification. 15 U.S.C. 1681b ( f ) I have never authorized any transactions with SYNCB/PAYPAL As well as I do not have an account as defined under 15 USC 16939 ( a ) with SYNCB/PAYPAL for reviewing of any sort. Consumer Complaint: I received a notification of a transaction made with my credit card for the amount of {$3100.00}. I immediately contacted Amazon in reference of that unauthorized payment. Amazon used my credit card as back up payment for a transaction I was not related or familiar with. I have been for almost two month dealing with Amazon and Synchronic Bank. Amazon said they cancelled the order and to contact the bank. The bank is charging me for a fraudulent transaction made with my credit card without authorization.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I reported fraud on my account after charges I did not recognize were made. These appeared as XXXX different transactions from " chewy.com '' I have never made purchases from chewy.com. The representative over the phone, told me that there was nothing else I needed to do. The charges were removed from my account, the card closed and a new card issued. On XX/XX/2022 these charges re-appeared on my statement as a " balance transfer '' with no notice from the company. I had no idea what these charges were as all the fraudulent charges were lumped together in the amount of {$380.00}. I had to call the company to find out what this charge was as I have never initiated a balance transfer on my account before. When I called they said these charges were never reported as fraud. The representative said they submitted the fraud claim and it would be under investigation. These charges were removed from my account again as XXXX separate charges on XX/XX/XXXX in the following amounts. {$94.00} {$63.00} {$55.00} {$55.00} {$40.00} {$36.00} {$34.00} {$2.00} On XX/XX/2022 these charges had again, appeared on my statement as a " balance transfer '' lump sum {$380.00}. Again, no notice or explanation. These charges were removed after I called on XX/XX/2022 as the XXXX separate transactions. On XX/XX/2022 the {$63.00} fraud reported charge reappeared on my account. The explanation I got over the phone was that this was charged again due to it being accidentally " subtracted twice. '' I don't see this anywhere on my statements. The rest of the charges re-appear as a bunch of different " balance transfer '' transactions on XX/XX/XXXX. {$2.00} {$4.00} {$4.00} {$5.00} {$5.00} {$5.00} {$29.00} {$31.00} {$35.00} {$50.00} {$50.00} {$94.00} When I called again about this on XX/XX/2022. I was told that the results of the investigation had been completed back on XX/XX/XXXX. I did not receive any physical or electronic mail regarding this. The explanation over the phone did not make sense to me. It seems I am somehow, still liable for these charges I didn't make.

Consumer Complaint: I have an Amazon store card managed by synchrony bank and there is a charge of XXXX dollars on my credit card activity dated XX/XX/2022 and it states a balance transfer of XXXX dollars posted on my Amazon store card on XX/XX/2022 which I have NO idea where that charge came from and I never authorized that charge and I do NOT recognize that charge. Synchrony bank keeps playing with my amazon credit card account and keeps charging me money for no reason without my authorization. This is a fraudulent charge and I never purchased or authorized this charge of XXXXXXXX XXXX posted in my account on XX/XX/2022 as a balance transfer. I want synchrony bank to remove that charge immediately from my Amazon credit card account. This is an unrecognized and unauthorized charge
