Consumer Complaint: I have a late payment on my account that should never have been there. I have been set up on automatic payments since the beginning of the account, I had one month that i paid it and the site said they received the payment but then 30 days later they told me they never received it. That is the only thing i can think of but that was not my fault. I've tried getting this removed but have not had any success in addressing with the credit bureaus or talking with the company. Please help me to get this removed as it was not my fault.

This month after paying the balance down to {$1800.00} they attached deferred interest for the original loan of {$4800.00}. I never agreed to this nor was I ever informed that this would occur. When I spoke with a person at the company they told me that no matter if I agreed to or was ever informed about this action they told me that didn't matter that I was liable anyway. Consumer Complaint: I contacted Paypal back in XXXX to close my Paypal Mastercard. They required that I pay my balance due, which I did. Approximately {$1200.00}. The next month they hit my checking account directly again. Since cancelling I no longer have access to login or review account activity. I called and spoke with someone who stated that this would be the last charge. Again today XXXX they hit my checking account again. I called and they stated that this isnt them. Theres nothing they can do about it. I explained to them that I would be contacting the CFPB to file a complaint and I have reported the transaction to my XXXX XXXX as fraudulent.

Consumer Complaint: Synchrony Bank Amazon store card. They rope you in with XXXX XXXX interest payments but then the bill is super confusing. Their webpage is confusing as well and no where on my billdid it explain purchases or terms. That was one problem. The other problem and the one that made me furious is this company takes a minimum payment from you even in a month where you pay your statement in full. I had to drain the account of funds connected to make payments and sure enough I see all these attempts to take money I am NOT authorizing and I contacted their customer service several times and even gave the benefit of the doubt and continued using them. Then once again I went to pay my bill and I could see in my statement the last payment I made was canceled and rejected then went though. None of that was my doing and if I look further down its showing another attempts they made. Of course when I confronted them on this they blamed me. But why would I do that? Why would I pay my statement in full and then make another minimum payment? Why would I set up an auto pay for a certain date then you try to take the funds and cancel it and XXXX around ( they were trying to take it sooner than I authorized! ) This company is corrupt and also once again I tried to take advantage of the XXXX XXXX financing and I was not able to because they do not specify what the total cost of the bill is and what amount is good for the promotion. So Im frustration and to not incur interest I paid it off in full. Then I get a screen that tells me that since the bank account on file has had a rejection I need to sue another account. And that was all because THEY were trying to take payments not authorized to take. I certainly wasnt going to give them access to any other account I maintain. I know it is a federal felony to take money over a wire from an FDIC institution and I want this bank held accountable. See attached files. I did NOT authorize those rejected payments. And they got one {$29.00} payment before I realized what was going on. Also I would like to point out the larger payments I did authorize I paid my bill in full every month EARLY and they played games with me and my accounts.
