Consumer Complaint: First of all I haven't been able to log into my account because all of my information has been changed this started last month I had to make an over the phone payment and they are saying I never paid on it so I started receiving emails a week ago saying I missed a payment this was 10 days after the due date I got a call from a collection agency saying my card was cancelled I called the credit card company and asked them several times if my card was cancelled she said no twice and yes once so I'm not even sure if the card was cancelled then the information they have on file is wrong but somehow they have my phone number right so I can't log in online because the system says my phone number is wrong now I just tried to make a payment again today and none of my information is right I tried to call but the lady I spoke with didn't know what I was talking about they lowered my credit limit and started charging me for some insurance I told them I did not want there is some charge on my card for something and I never made that charge but can't get anyone to fix it if they are trying to mess people 's stuff up so they can charge more that is complete XXXX XXXX and something needs to be done about this I plan on cancelling this card once I pay it off cause they already made my credit score drop and I'm not gon na get ripped off by anyone period

Consumer Complaint: I had a rough time with PayPal credit card I thought it was free money and I assumed it was money I could use but I didnt realize that there are balances because Im XXXX and struggle to keep on bills I have a huge XXXX and disadvantage of handling my finances and couldnt get help with PayPal credit they wouldnt work with me on the bill it took months to get everything handled correctly I just couldnt believe I was turned down by PayPal they handled it very poorly I wish they could have given me a better understanding of things and PayPal credit doesnt wan na listen to what u have to say and dont care about your feelings I just want them to make this right

I was told that, that is specified in the terms and conditions ... As I verified the terms and conditions, it doesnt specifies that the account can be closed due to that... The only reference of it in the document, is the part says " We may close your account at any time, for any reason. " ... I consider that clause to be abiguous and can be use as excuse for reason that can be absurd or even unnethical, in my opinion ....

Consumer Complaint: Synchrony Bank continuously posted payments to my JC Penney account in error. The payments apparently belonged to a different account number and Cardholder name. The Payments applied to my account in error are as follows : XX/XX/XXXX - {$1000.00} acct XXXX ending in XXXX was returned " payment not authorized '' XX/XX/XXXX - {$1300.00} acct XXXX ending in XXXX was returned " acct closed '' XX/XX/XXXX - {$1900.00} acct XXXX ending in XXXX was returned " acct closed '' I reported these payments were not issued by me and not my financial institution, they sent a letter of apology for the payment on XX/XX/XXXX posted to my acct in error. I received a following letter stating my acct was closed because of these payments. Two of these payments are from the acct number they stated was posted in error. The balance is also greater than i would have previously charged. I have asked for copies of these checks so i can pursue possible fraud charges, i have also asked for location of delivery or purchases for the items charged. Jc Penney and Synchrony Bank have not assisted in this endeavor at all, but they did manage to close my account because of THEIR ERROR and failure to protect THE CONSUMER from their own Failed processes. Why did Synchrony Bank send a letter of apology for posting a check to my acct in error and then use it as an excuse to close the account.. Synchrony Bank apparently has a history of doing this very same thing and I will not accept this as the norm. I want a SINCERE Letter of Apology and my Account Reinstated as it should have NEVER been closed.
