Consumer Complaint: I paid in full Synchrony bank for Sam 's Club credit card {$680.00} twice. Once on XX/XX/XXXX and again XX/XX/XXXX thru their online payment portal. I was given an error when making the original ( first ) payment stating it did not go thru so the next day i made it again. However both payments went thru. When I contacted them, the agent advised me to make a stop payment on one of them thru my bank, which I did. I made a stop payment on only one payment. On XX/XX/XXXX I reordered a new card, I was told their backline department had incorrectly made a payment correction and it showed I still owed the {$680.00}. There has been been 3 separate cases opened on this thru Synchrony Bank managers ( XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX ). I was also told it was sent to the finance department to fix. I also filled a corporate complaint on XX/XX/XXXX. Since then I have been dealing with them trying to get this corrected and get credit for the payment paying my card off. I have provided statements and tracing numbers from my bank. Every month I have had to contact them and dispute this. They have just sent me a letter stating the information I have provided hasn't been enough ( full bank statement ) and tracing numbers provided to me by the bank and once again it is showing I still owe {$680.00}. According to my bank, the second payment made on XX/XX/XXXX was the payment that was stopped and the original payment of {$680.00} went thru and Synchrony bank received the funds. I have filed a corporate complaint a XX/XX/XXXX amd did not hear back. Please help me finally resolve this. I have done everything they have asked me to and provided all documentation that I can. I am attaching my statements showing both payments and the one stop payment as well as the trace numbers provided to me by my bank. Please help me.

Consumer Complaint: Synchrony Bank Over the past 10-12 mos, Synchrony Bank has made it impossible to login to my account to access and make payments. I login, then it logs me out. Then the chat assistant pops up in an attempt to help me. After I have made 9-10 steps sometimes I can get in and most of the time I can't. I think this an attempt to charge additional fees and to ruin my credit if I allow this to happen. Which I won't. Please help me in getting restitution and to make Synchrony follow the preset guidelines to let consumers access their online account information with out speaking to someone in another country that has no clue what I am talking about on the phone. There is no reason I should not be able to speak with a live agent and have them work out the delima they have created. I need this fixed. Thank you, XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I added a new bank account to make payments from, and submitted a full balance payment. The payment was returned and I was charged a {$30.00} fee. I called my financial institution XXXX XXXX XXXX to see why the payment was returned and they advised me that no payment has been put through their system. Immediately I called Rooms to Go Synchrony bank credit card to see why the payment had been returned and the {$30.00} fee was charged. The customer service told me that payment was returned because " account closed ''. I told her my account was not closed cause I had just spoken with my bank XXXX XXXX XXXX and everything was in order on their end. I asked the customer service if I could verify the account number and routing number to see if maybe that was the issue. She said just to go online and do the payment again and that returned payment fees could not be waived. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she said the supervisor was going to tell me the same thing and she put the phone on hold until I decided to hang up after 55 minutes waiting and nobody answering.

Consumer Complaint: I did not authorize these credit inquiries on my report. I would like to have them removed from my credit report or have the company provide the application bearing my name and signature and a copy of my ID proving that I was the person that initiated this inquiry. I did not apply for any credit with these companies. Please verify these inquiries and remove them from my credit report. I have stated this information to the creditors and they have not responded to my claim and this information continues to remain on my credit report. Under the FCRA, if the creditor can not validate the origin of the account and its accuracy and authenticity, they are required by law to remove it from being reported to the credit bureaus. This is damaging to my credit rating and causing me a lot of stress.

Consumer Complaint: on XX/XX/2021 a mattress that I ordered online from XXXX XXXX was delivered at my home and left at my front door without my permission and without my signature.When I arrived home I found the Mattress soaked with rain seeing it was left outdoors .I tried for months to resolve the issue with the retailer XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.with no success .they refused me a refund and would not honor their online return policy, or the state of Fl laws regarding returns.My complaint today is against the Synchrony Bank who I have a XXXX XXXX Store Card .when I reached out to Synchrony Bank with my concerns they denied me any help in this matter and simply sided with XXXX XXXX without any relevant explanation .I paid off this account because I didnt want to jeopardize my credit score.I asked Synchrony Bank to ask XXXX XXXX for a receipt verifying that I signed for this delivery as proof .But the rebuffed my request provided me no proof of anything and basically rubber stamped what the retailer did.So to reiterate a delivery was made to my home from XXXX XXXX in inclement weather left at my front door without my signature, when I reached out to the retailer I was denied a refund and when I filed a dispute with Synchrony, the denied my dispute giving me no relevant reason or no corresponding paper work that I requested from the retailer showing my signature or any paperwork where I okd a drop ship I was rushing home to receive the delivery I never dreamed they would have just left it outside.

Please have the creditor provide the consumer with a copy of the actual insurance contract and/or policy bearing my signature, the Title Holder and VIN number for the car that was insured, and proof that I am the owner of the car that was insured. I should have ZERO collections on my credit profile.
