Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted care credit for a dispute they said the doctor was acting in good faith I showed a police report that was filed and the doctor and office cant contact me so theres a lie. I proved that the doctor changed the XXXX on my wife while she was XXXX they claim services were rendered it doesnt matter what he did he performed XXXX and I should just be happy.

I have had this account for years and I do not use the card if you can see the minimum payment is {$30.00} and I have been paying {$60.00} all the time and my balance is NOT going down any!! They lowered my credit limit, it was much higher when I opened the account over 7 yrs ago, It should not take that long to pay off an account. Consumer Complaint: I currently receive credit card paper statements from a particular bank for a specific reason. However, I feel that the bank that has provided the credit is indirectly forcing me to select electronic statements by not allowing me to few my statements online. I have contacted the bank today, XX/XX/2023, and asked why I am not given the option to view my statements online without having to enroll in electronic statements? The representative apologized and stated that he would send me the statement via email within 24 to 48 hours. The other credit card companies that I currently have accounts with does not limit my access to the online statements because I have not enrolled in electronic statements. This bank is not consumer friendly and is not giving the consumer the option to view their statements online without having to enroll in electronic statements. If I need to view a past statement for financial reasons, I will have to wait to receive it in the mail or call them and complain about this matter in order for them to send it to me by email, which is not convenient because I will have to wait as opposed to being able to see it immediately.

Consumer Complaint: A credit card was opened without my knowledge or consent. There were charges placed on this card. I received the past due notification and contacted Synchrony Bank immediately on XXXX XX/XX/2023. The representative took my information and would not close the account as I requested & did not forward it to the fraud department. When I contacted the bank again today, notes were placed on my account from XXXX 's call but no actions were taken by the representative. This was escalated and the supervisor was very impertinent. I request the following actions to be done immediately. *Amend my credit report - My credit was excellent with a score of just shy of XXXX. I lost XXXX points because of this. *Receive a call back from Synchrony Bank by a individual who will take action. My phone # is XXXX. *Receive a letter of apology from Synchrony Bank XXXX not a form letter ) I believe none of my requests are out of line and are directly driven by this situatuion.

The account has been opened ( account # XXXX ) and my employer, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, has already sent the check for approximately {$50000.00} to Synchrony ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ), but the check has not been deposited, and Synchrony keeps asking me for the same forms which I have filled out multiple times, before they will fund the account. As of today, that check is in limbo, somewhere with Synchrony, waiting to be deposited.

Consumer Complaint: In regards to Synchrony bank/ Paypal Credit I have called on many occasion over the years to try and allocate a payment made toward a special finance purchase. First I don't know why consumers don't have an option to opt out of this SFP special finance purchase program. Every charge made that exceeds only {$99.00} is automatically placed into this program and the consumer has no option but to call Paypal credit, waste considerable amount of time being looped around until one can get a hold of a live person only to be forced to call back a week or so later because the allocation request wasn't processed. I am exhausted of calling back, as I just did again, to follow up on an allocation that wasn't processed. Is there an option to avoid this chaos and not have charges of only {$99.00} fall into this SFP? I now don't use this Paypal credit to avoid this {$99.00} falling into the SFP program.
