Consumer Complaint: Dear PayPal. This is a letter of dispute regarding a balance transfer which took place last year on XX/XX/ for the amount of {$660.00} on my PayPal Mastercard. I paid my XXXX balance of {$660.00} on XXXX On my XXXX statement I noticed my previous months payment but I also noticed a balance transfer for the same amount from my lost card to my new card. The transfer took place on XXXX XXXX for the amount of {$660.00} five days later. I called PayPal few times to let them know about the issue but to no avail. So I finally paid the amount related to this matter again on XXXX since I wasnt looking for trouble with a credit card company. What I am asking is for PayPal to review my statements and payments from the month of XX/XX/ until my account was closed few months later I was also charged interest and late payment fees.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX fraudulent charges began showing up on my Synchrony Bank PayPal Credit Card. These purchases for " XXXX XXXX '' were neither approved by myself or my spouse nor received by myself or my spouse. I contacted Synchrony immidiately, they cooperated, removed the charges and sent us new credit cards. In our statement due XXXX XXXX XXXX these same charges showed up again but this time were labeled " Balance Transfer '' we assume because we now were using the new card Synchrony sent to us. I called them again and we repeated the process. I also wrote them a letter dated XXXX XXXX XXXX followed by more letters dated XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Letters attached with details of charges. I have never had a response to my repeated written letters, only repeated invoices with added interest and late payment fees and now I was notified that Synchrony reported non-payment on my credit report. I of course canceled our credit cards with them, no longer place CD 's with them and canceled my PayPal account.

Consumer Complaint: I have 2 accounts with Synchrony - a Mattress Firm/Home Credit card and a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have NEVER been late and have always been on time. However, over the past 2 years, they have decreased my credit limit so much that it lowers my credit score, due to utilization. And since it lowers my credit score, they justify lowering my limit even more. For example, I now have a card I last used in XXXX. My original credit limit was {$5000.00}. My credit limit now is {$2000.00}, but I owe {$3200.00} because I could not pay the purchase in full in 12 months. So it shows that I'm over my limit, which decreases my credit score. My Mattress Card Credit card 's limit was {$6000.00}, and they reduced the limit over time to {$1300.00}. Again, every payment was paid on time. I paid the card off, and they closed the account just when I was about to use it again. This closed account has lowered my score again. When I asked, they said my XXXX XXXX was in the XXXX. Who uses XXXX XXXX to determine credit? NO ONE! They did not use XXXX XXXX to determine my credit when I first received the card. And my credit score is the same NOW as it was back then, even though I was able to increase it, these actions with Synchrony have lowered it over time. Again, I have no late payments on my credit report and no collections. NONE! My XXXX score is XXXX when they insist that XXXX XXXX is XXXX. It's not adding up. This is an unfair credit practice. I want my credit limit for XXXX XXXX XXXX, to be at least {$5000.00} so I can get my utilization back. I won't use the card, because I NEVER want to do business with this shady company again. They have also denied EVERY credit limit increase request even though I have NEVER EVER EVER been late with them, nor do I have ANY late payments on my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: The card was originally a credit building card in which I placed a {$100.00} deposit. In XXXX of 2022, I called the company requesting that the deposit be sent back to me as the card had since been closed. The company informed me that a check had already been sent out, but I never received it, and the company stated the check had never been cashed. The company voided the check and reissued it. At some point during that action, a {$100.00} charge was posted to my account by the company for this. I was only informed of the charge when I began accruing interest on it. I called the company several times over the course of the next eight months trying to resolve this charge. Each time I called, I was informed in no uncertain terms that the charge was going to be removed from my account and to disregard further communications as it would take time for systems to update. The charge was not removed, and has since accrued over {$200.00} of interest. This has been harming my credit score over the last eight months as well, preventing applications to other credit institutions. I have spent several hours on the phone with the company in attempts to resolve this. Each time I call, representatives make promises about the removal of the charge, and the next representative informs me that there was no action taken and the charges continue accruing. I have spoken with supervisors, I have spoken with various departments, I have done all due diligence possible, and the company continues giving me the run around and refusing to remove the superfluous charges. This has become an extended scam where the company promises resolution while letting interest charges rack up on the card, holding my credit hostage to force me to pay charges I never accrued.

Consumer Complaint: I opened a dispute for services not rendered with carecredit in XXXX for XXXX The business verbally agreed to request full refund from corporate because the doctor went on leave and no one could tell me what was done before XXXX was aborted due to the power outage but later deciding only to partially refund XXXX. They said I have to request the medical records to see what was done that per the clinic manager who could not tell me anything nor another surgeon when I was at the facility that part of the XXXX was complete. They are charging me for loss of revenue due to the outage the XXXX report reads infiltration start XXXX and aborted XXXX due to power outage. The business does not have generators only batteries so it was impossible to complete anything if an unexpected power outage occurred but the batteries would allow XXXX time to safely stop. I ended up paying the card off so it wouldnt hurt my credit expecting a charge back. I just recently in XX/XX/XXXX found out it was closed due to the merchant providing a receipt. So the rep reopened the dispute and it was closed again without explanation so I was told to submit an appeal letter I included medical records from the merchant that the procedure was aborted due to power outage on XX/XX/XXXX. Was told it was closed as well with no explanation. Then I got a letter saying my account balance is XXXX which I know because I paid it. If I report services wasnt rendered how is a receipt sufficient evidence from the merchant. The merchant makes you pay 2 weeks in advance if your paying with a card they dont bill you after the services are rendered. The operative report XXXX signature looked forge I included prescription to see the difference in XXXX signature I only had XXXX XXXX. I have more medical records, and emails where I have been trying resolve this with the merchant for the past XXXX yrs they are trying manipulate me into getting the XXXX finished instead of refunding me saying that no other doctor is going to touch another XXXX work but one at their facility agreed to. They have been rude saying did I prefer they didnt stop XXXX or telling me the contract was void when the power went out so I dont have a valid contract and they rewrote one while I was unconscious and unprofessional on the phone and asked them to put it in writing they say they rather speak on the phone.I cant communicate with them when Im being treated poorly how can they expect I can trust them.
