Consumer Complaint: I agreed to get credit with 24 months of no interest and after 12 months they are charging $ XXXX of interest plus the credit loan amount. The total credit loan was {$2700.00} approximately. I agreed to pay the amount in full not including the {$800.00} for late fee. They blocked me access for my online account and could not see the balance. In addition, I didn't receive any mailed letter and I was not aware of the situation until I see my credit report in bad condition and affected because of this. The credit loan was with synchrony XXXX XXXX XXXX bought in one of their partners.

Consumer Complaint: I applied for a credit card through Synchrony bank. I was told my membership fee to Sams Club would be reduced from {$50.00} to {$20.00} for the year. I never was approved for the card. And XXXX dropped my credit score XXXX points. This seems ridiculous that they could get away with this! Your own company reported not long ago that credit bureaus like XXXX are scamming people.

Consumer Complaint: I have Synchrony card security for years on all my cards. I have filed proper claims for a XX/XX/2023 life event impact claim. I filed it in XXXX. : Benefit request number XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. The 3 monthly payments have been made. However, the company refuses to payoff the claims under the pretext that I have not provided the documentation needed. I have proof that I have. I provided all documentation requested. I faxed it on XX/XX/2023 to XXXX. I sent it via email to XXXX on XX/XX/2023. I emailed it again to XXXX on XX/XX/2023. I uploaded the documents to XXXX XX/XX/2023, too. I called them on XX/XX/2023 again. I called today, XX/XX/2023, which should be opened, only to be closed after I got an email stating, once again, my documents were not received. This is the part where the company is to pay off the balances in full and reimburse me for the payments. I made payments in XXXX after XX/XX/2023. Their form has been completed with all requested information, The separation notice, the last 2 pay check stubs, my current XXXX payment ( not requested ), State unemployment proof of deposit via bank statement and proof of disbursement from the website, State unemployment bank card, State unemployment benefits received from the State website. Today, I get yet another email stating they have yet to receive my benefit form. I provided everything again today, including XXXX

Consumer Complaint: Called spoke with customer service more than once Once I received returned money order via Synchrony Bank mailed XXXX payment and XXXX payment on the XXXX of this month. For some reason Synchrony Bank Pep Boys car care did not credit {$50.00} for XXXX. I was told they never received payment???? ( Lies ) after my own research and going back and forth with customer service Synchorny Bank gave me a late fee and reported false statements to the credit bureau.
