Consumer Complaint: Hello, I bought a mobile phone on Amazon for about {$660.00} ( I dont remember the exact figure ) and I dont know why it turned into a credit card payment called Synchronous Bank XXXX Then I received the bill from the bank, and I sent a check for US {$660.00} according to the billing address, but a week later, they emailed me that the repayment was overdue and needed to repay US {$690.00}, so I followed their link and sent another US {$690.00}. I then called to explain the situation and they also refunded me the {$690.00}. Now the bank wants me to repay XXXX plus overdue fees. ( The check receipt from XXXX XXXX has been sent to Synchrony Bank, and the email has also been sent to them ) I have been calling and communicating with the customer service staff for half a year and it has not been resolved. Consumer Complaint: I am the author of this complaint. I checked my credit report and saw that an account from SYNCB/CARECREDIT was reporting inaccurately, so I sent a letter to the CRAs disputing the accuracy and completeness of this account onto my credit report. I received the results of the reinvestigation from the CRAs and I noticed that this company " verified '' that the account was reporting accurately. I used the XXXX XXXX XXXX to cross reference how this account should be reporting and they are in fact, still reporting inaccurate and incomplete information onto my credit report. I have been denied credit and loans due to them furnishing incorrect information. SYNCB/CARECREDIT has violated 15 USC 1681s-2b and could be held liable for actual damages under 15 USC 1681n for willful noncompliance. This company has violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I've searched the terms and agreement of my contract with this company and noticed that they have an arbitration clause, so I have sent a letter to this company ( via certified mail ) to make them aware of my intention to file an FCRA claim in arbitration if we can not reach a solution. Settling prior to filing a claim will be most cost effective to the company vs paying filing fees and arbitration fees A copy of my driver 's license, social security card, and the correspondence that I mailed to the company is attached to this complaint

This has prevented me from accessing my account online as I can not login using any phone number that belongs to me. I had to move out of state to seek a better future since I was a single parent with XXXX kids. I moved to California and have been here for the last 17 years. I'm getting served with courts documents from what I believe is a 3rd party office claiming to be from Mervyns stating I am being sued for over XXXX that I supposedly owe Mervyns when in fact I owed about XXXX to XXXX dollars. It's been about 21 years since I had this account. Is this even possible?? I need help please I can't pay over XXXX. I'm a single parent with a special needs child whom I take care of all by myself. What can I do to stop these people from placing a judgment on me??

The treatment did not work and the doctor has moved to another state so it is impossible to rectify this with the merchant. Basically we were charged for something we did not receive so the problem is with the quality of the goods and services which is covered under the special rule for credit card purchases. Care Credits chat disagreed with this and directed me to complete the attached form with the admonition that not all charges can be disputed.
