Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2022 I purchased XXXX flooring and products including installation, from XXXX improvement center. The contract was broken multiple times by the XXXX floor installers. I was promised compensation for faulty workmanship and for XXXX damaged bed and bedding caused by installers. XXXX XXXX named XXXX was who promised to make things right. I am attaching a letter describing my dispute, along with photos of text messages to XXXX XXXX and blood stained bed and bedding, blood on floors, poor workmanship, documentation that supports my complaint. I filed several disputes with XXXX credit card company. First dispute credited my account and the turned around months later and recharged my account, reason they said it was charged back to me was that the response from company was I received product and was happy throughout the entire process. That statement is untrue and I was not happy with the installation or the blood damage they did to my home and furniture. I was informed to open another dispute and send as much documentation as possible, so I did and they closed second dispute for reason, 'no documentation received '. I called XXXX credit card company today, and they verified they have all my documentation. Now they are telling me to open yet another dispute, which I did. This has been going on for several months with back and forth. I can not get any acceptable resolution from any parties involved. I am disputing 100 % of the charges {$7600.00} for contract broken, XXXX stained mattress replacement, poor quality installation, pain and suffering. XXXX gave me the run around and sent me to corporate, which also gave me the run around and now I am disputing charges with credit card company. The credit card company is not helping and they are also giving me a run around. PLEASE HELP

Consumer Complaint: I called them with fraudulent charges. They said they would investigate and to not make a payment til it was resolved. I called again cause I haven't heard from them. They said the investigation was still ongoing. Not to pay the bill til it was resolved. The I got a email that I was late on my payment and they charged me {$29.00} late fee. I called and they said didn't know exactly what was going on. Found two more small charges that I didnt make. They told me they were going to start another investigation. This has been going on since XX/XX/XXXX. I made one charge to this card for my contacts but the charge isn't on the statements.

Consumer Complaint: On or about XX/XX/, I initiated a dispute of a purchase transaction posted to my Synchrony Bank PayPal Credit account on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount {$140.00} by the merchant XXXX. The primary reason for the dispute was that certain goods delivered by the merchant were not in the condition specified by the merchant when the purchase was made. Specifically, the goods were described by the merchant as in " New '' condition, but the condition of the goods delivered was Used and/or Refurbished. The secondary reason for the dispute was that the merchant authorized a return of the goods, but failed to provide a return shipping label or a return shipping address. The merchant also did not respond to a specific request to provide such label or address. This dispute was raised by my completion and signature on the merchant 's " Dispute Acknowledgement Form '' together with four pages of annotated documentation supporting my reasons for the dispute. I submitted the form and attached documentation to Synchrony Bank via fax transmission. A copy of the documents that I submitted is attached to this complaint. Synchrony Bank has not made any substantive response to my dispute ; Synchrony failed to investigate the dispute, make any determination on the validity / accuracy of the transaction, and to send me any written statement regarding my dispute.

Consumer Complaint: I lost my synchrony chevron card awhile ago ( XXXX ). They canceled the card and replace the card account ending in XXXX. Then suddenly out of the blue I get a {$250.00} refund check. Which I thought was strange. I deposited the check. After that, they never informed me that they made a mistake. Then out of the blue the old account shows {$250.00} owing and that it is in arrears. I called them and they identified they had made a mistake sending me the {$250.00}. I made a payment over the phone for the {$250.00} so we could call it a day. About a month later I go onto my account and there is the same {$250.00} owed and in arrears. I have been on the phone all day with them. They told me that the phone payment was not excepted. But they said the payment attempt was on XX/XX/XXXX. That is a blatant lie. I had major XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and was in the care of my sister XX/XX/XXXX. I have no idea what these people are doing and I need help. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I do have some short term memory loss due to XXXX. I have no idea why they would lie about the date I made payment. I am requesting records from my bank.

Under 15 USC 1681 section 602 states I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 section 604A section 2 it also states the consumer can not furnish an account without my written instructions. Under 15 USC 1666B a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open and consumer credit card as late for any purpose.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I had a XXXX consultation with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Florida for dental work. His office is located at XXXX XXXX XXXX. During the consultation he advised me that I needed XXXX crowns or I would lose all my teeth. He also asked me how much I could afford per month. He advised that he would charge {$10000.00} for his services. On XX/XX/XXXX, I went in for about an hour and a half of dental work to have XXXX temporary crowns put in and I followed up in XXXX for the permanent crowns. During this time I began receiving bills in the mail from a company called Care Credit, and I had learned that an application had been filled out in my name and I had been charged interest at the time of consultation. In fact, had I known XXXX XXXX applied and already charged me for the services not even rendered on XX/XX/XXXX, I would have run out of his office and never seen him again. Things took a turn for the worse as I experienced XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX so I saw XXXX additional dentists, advising me of bad work performed by XXXX XXXX ( malpractice ), XXXX of the XXXX XXXX having to be replaced and now needing XXXX full implants - work that now will likely cost {$30000.00} or more to repair the damage he has done to my teeth and bones. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I am extremely disappointed that a doctor could take advantage of me by filling and/or doctoring forms to procure a credit card in my name, charging credit for services before they were rendered and then rendering services so bad so as to cause financial damage more than XXXX times the cost of what was charged. I would like it notated that my husband assisted me with writing this letter and all statements contained herein are a matter of fact and 100 % truthful.

Consumer Complaint: Synchrony Bank amazon store card and JCPenny cards have both charged excessive late fees in the past month. I have a good history with both cards, and typically have paid the statement balances in full each month. However, because of out-of-town travel and mis-communication about returned products credits, I missed payment for both cards. I promptly made more than the minimum payments required once I realized the payments were still due. Regardless, {$41.00} late fees for {$32.00} minimum payments are excessive and unjust, especially considering the length of time and previous good standing of both accounts.
