Consumer Complaint: About XX/XX/2023 I recieved a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX who does not own the debt and they treaten to sue me if I dont pay off the debt owed from the bank. I responded asking them to send me proof that I owe the debt from them and gave them the proper 60 buisness days to send it. I never recieved proof and instead ( around early XX/XX/2023 ) I was issued serving papers. Well my lawyers did not inform me my representative left me and so when they rendered a default judgement on XX/XX/2023 the one representing my case bungled it and then XXXX refused to take our calls. Finally they did on XX/XX/2023 and said the interest was growing and they were not interested in a deal.

Consumer Complaint: I made a total of 5 purchases for Generators from XXXX ( XXXX 's XXXX ). The first transaction was made on XX/XX/23. XXXX XXXX # XXXX. Total for this order with warranty was {$1000.00}. Received the generator. Subsequently ( a few days after arrival, during the hurricane, the unit began to fail. I reached out to the seller ( XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and requested a replacement. Instead, they suggested to return for a refund. I returned, and they refunded. Before this unit failed, I really liked the unit, and wanted to get a few more, so I could keep on hand, use a few, and sell the others to neighbors. On XX/XX/XXXX, I made 4 additional orders for generators. The price had come down from {$990.00} for the unit from the previous transaction to {$690.00} as of this date. The seller was no longer XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, however a company named XXXX, XXXX. As this seemed like a great deal, I purchased 2 generators under XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, with Warranties, for a total of {$1500.00}. I purchased another 2 generators under XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, with Warranties, for a total of {$1500.00}. I purchased a single generator & warranty under XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, with a warranty for a total of {$780.00}. Lastly, I purchased a single generator & warranty under XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, with a warranty for a total of {$780.00}. After making these purchases, I was a bit skeptical about how the generators could have dropped almost {$300.00}. As I researched XXXX, XXXX on the internet, I could immediately tell that I made a bad decision, and that this was an illegitimate company. Numerous reviews shared that a tracking number was provided, however nothing actually arrived, etc. Unfortunately now, I am unable to share that detail with you, as XXXX has removed this seller from their marketplace, due to their fraudulent transactions. I immediately became concerned, and wrote to XXXX, XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX requesting to cancel all of these transactions. Of the XXXX transactions, they only responded to XXXX requests for cancellation. A tracking number was provided for this item, and validating the class of service used for delivery, USPS does not deliver anything LARGER than XXXX with the USPS Ground Advantage . The Generator weighs 211lbs. XXXX agreed to refund this, however still has not. In my NUMEROUS correspondences with XXXX, they refuse to acknowledge these specific facts, which are detailed with supporting documentation on the attached document. They have now cancelled my XXXX account, and are no longer able to issue refunds due to the cancelled account, however do agree with my assessment that I do not have, nor NEVER received the products. I have disputed with PayPal Credit who tells me to go back to XXXX, as does XXXX tell me to go back to PayPal Credit. This is THOUSANDS of dollars! So I violated Terms of Service by requesting thousands of dollars of refunds for items I never received? Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I opened a dispute with Venmo CC concerning charges for a purchase that was deemed counterfeit. Shortly after that I received a dispute form and completed it. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a 25 page fax to the fax number provided and it indicated it went through on my end. They responded that it would take 3-5 days to update the account. According to them it was never received. I send dispute info again via there secure message account XX/XX/XXXX they responded with couldn't find the charge even thought i broke it down by dates of payments made. I sent it again more clearly because they couldn't comprehend the first and received a response on XX/XX/XXXX outlining the amounts. So I copied everything, sent it priority mail to the address on all of there correspondence. I sent another email on XX/XX/XXXX asking if the information was received that I sent priority mail and the response was it was received on XX/XX/2023. Now I get a letter stating the dispute has been closed because they haven't received information requested from me. So today I called the number provided talked to XXXX who has now indicated the response they sent me concerning my priority mail was in response to something else. I said I have clearly asked about my priority mail and you responded to it with above info. I am beyond frustrated with this company. I have faxed, mailed, corresponded via there secure messages and I am getting nothing but a run around. Dispute is over {$2800.00}. And as of today has been reopened.

Consumer Complaint: I reached out on XX/XX/2023 to see what was going on. The only information I was provided was that I had a payment due on XX/XX/2023 for a card opened in XXXX. This information was all that was made available to me. This card was opened under the assumption and explanation that it had it's lump sum amount due 6 months after being charged, and that no payments were due in between. If the card was not paid in full at the 6 month period, all interest was charged retroactively. This is for a Care Credit card. The information was poorly veiled and made to ensure late fees were charged throughout the course of the promotional period.

I requested the disclosure of the 2 year 0 % promotion that they never disclosed nor explained to me that led to a compounded interest balance. I only signed the doctors sales receipt and was never told that I was put into a higher interest rate compounded interest promotion. This has lowered my credit score after they added a compounded interest rate balance that is more than double the previous balance. I was supposed to be on a standard amortization principle and interest schedule not this promotion that was never disclosed nor agreed to. They never disclosed nor provided the documentation request which was the financial disclosure explaining the program and/or me agreeing to the promotion before signing the doctor 's sales receipt. They never provided the financial disclosure where they explained the promotional program. The information Care Credit sent is all after the fact. Disclosure Agreement has been requested numerous times. As of this date Care Credit still refuses or is UNABLE to provide the so called signed and acknowledged Disclosure Statement for this loan.
