Consumer Complaint: I had a mortgage with Specialized Loan Servicing. It was paid off XX/XX/2021 when I sold the house. I contacted the company in XXXX to ask when they were going to report the payoff to the credit bureaus. They said they had reported it on XX/XX/XXXX. The payoff has been applied to my husbands credit report, but not mine ( patriarchy! ). I sent a message to the lender through the online portal and never heard anything, and now I can not send them any more messages. I filed a dispute with XXXX, but I havent heard back from them yet. XXXX will not let me submit a dispute because they said I already did ( even though I cant see the results of it ) and I cant get in touch with XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I was approved for a three month trial plan and what was told over the phone was absolutely great, a savings of about {$1000.00}. However after thoroughly reviewing the offer made, there is now a {$290000.00} balloon payment that will come due after I pay off the principal balance of {$360000.00}. My principal balance increased from {$330000.00} to {$360000.00} which is an increase of {$31000.00} Per my mortgage statement from XX/XX/20, I was behind {$22000.00} and granted that is a year ago so another {$3000.00} x 12 months should be added to that which is {$37000.00}. I understand that there may be foreclosure or attorney costs that may have accrued but {$22000.00} + {$37000.00} = {$59000.00} but don't forget, my principal increased by {$31000.00} so ( {$59000.00} - {$31000.00} = {$27000.00} ) Either one too many numbers were included on the balloon payment offered or that means the attorney and foreclosure fees have added up to $ XXXX. I fail to see how these numbers make sense.

Issue: Trouble during payment process

Consumer Complaint: Specialized Loan Servicing LLC purchased my mortgage from the original mortgage company. Then in XX/XX/2019 I refinanced with a Bank. They paid off Specialized Loan Servicing but they fail to record a lien release on my property. It has been 1 year and it is still not recorded. I have called dozens of times, sent them title work showing their Lien is still on the property along with new mortgage. They do not help and answer no question. I have no proof that they are actually sending out a lien release to the county. This company should have their license taken away.

Issue: Problem with a credit reporting company's investigation into an existing problem

Consumer Complaint: I am requesting my mortgage services to report my payments to the credit bureau. My servicer is Specialize Loan Servicing. I contacted them last month requesting my payments to be reported to the bureaus. I was told that on record it shows that I filed a chapter XXXX bankruptcy. I did file a chapter XXXX in XXXX which was discharged in XXXX. Also. I know by law that cant report but in XXXX my husband and I filed a chapter XXXX repayment plan. We paid our mortgage through the plan and received a discharge in XXXX. I spoke with my attorney about why the mortgage company wasnt reporting my payments. My attorney office states once we received our discharge the mortgage company should be reporting my payments to the bureau. Im trying to get some much needed repairs do e on my home and each time I try to get a loan Im told I dont have a long history of payments. That is ridiculous because Ive been paying a mortgage since XXXX! The problem is theres no record on my credit report.Last week I sent XXXX documents to prove I have a mortgage. Their investigation didnt change anything. So, basically thats why Im sending this complaint to this office.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX improperly denied the borrowers ' application for a loan modification on the basis the P & I payment that it could offer through a modification ( {$1900.00} ) was more than the borrowers ' current P & I payment, which it alleged to be {$1900.00}. The borrowers previously entered into a step rate loan modification in XXXX, with an initial interest rate of 2 % and a P & I payment of {$1900.00} for the first 5 years of the modification. However, the interest rate and P & I payment were scheduled to increase in years 6, 7, and 8, until the interest rate reached 5 % in XXXX and the monthly P & I payment was {$2800.00}. Presently the monthly P & I payment which is being charged to the borrowers account each month is {$2800.00} and based on an interest rate of 5 %. If XXXX used this P & I payment amount, which is the current P & I payment amount, the borrowers would be found eligible for a loan modification that would reduce their interest rate to 2.75 % and their monthly P & I payment to {$1900.00}. XXXX is improperly reviewing my application for a loan modification based on the monthly P & I payment in XXXX, not the current interest rate and monthly P & I payment which it is charging to the borrowers ' account.

Consumer Complaint: I already reached out to the credit bureaus and to XXXX XXXX XXXX and notify them of their error posting of information on my report. I never missed any payment on this account. I have been monitoring my credit report for any changes since my several dispute letters, but I am yet to see the correction that I asked for and desperately need. I requested to generate me personally with a detailed description of the procedure designed to verify the account is " accurate '' but as of the moment no information received. I had also requested the actual proof, physical firsthand documentation of the payment history but I did not receive what I asked and these violations persist on my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: I have been calling SLS to be placed in a COVID forbearance however, every time that I reach out I am given the run around, told verbally I won't qualify, yet given no reason as to why. I have suffered a reduction in income as a result of COVID- yet no options have been offered to me at all. I have also asked to have a new point of contact, as the last representative misinformed me, XXXX and other representatives, XXXX has refused to explain why I can not apply for COVID assistance. They seem reluctant to help me and whenI ask for a new person to speak with, I am told someone will call me- yet I receive no calls.

Consumer Complaint: Two weeks ago I received a letter from SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING. They are my current mortgage lender. I refinanced and started paying my mortgage with them in XXXX of 2020. The letter I received stated beginning XXXX, XXXX, 2020, my monthly mortgage payment will increase by the amount of {$130.00}. This increase was based on estimated shortfall in my escrow. It stated that this is based on an anticipated increase in taxes as and/or insurance. I have verified that there is no increase anticipated in taxes and/or insurance. I have determined, through the numerous people I have spoken with at SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING, that this amount is actually based on an unpaid balance from my previous lender. In all of the time I have been paying my mortgage, I was never made aware of this unpaid balance. The letter did not indicate this and made up a dialogue about escrow to obtain these funds from me. This communication is unethical. I have spoken to the XXXX XXXX team members four times. They have all been helpful and agree this is a problem they can not fix. I have been told I must speak to a Supervisor. Each of them has emailed and reached out to a Supervisor by the name of XXXX expressing the importance of this response. Despite my numerous attempts to speak to someone that can assist, I have not connected with anyone. I am going to have to remove my automatic withdrawal if this is not fixed soon as they will begin to withdraw the funds XX/XX/XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: They did it again. They fixed prior errors reporting me late, but I paid the mortgages off, so they had to do it again. Specialized Loan Servicing reported To XXXX : 30 day late for XX/XX/XXXX on 1st & 2nd Mortgages 30 day late for XX/XX/XXXX on 1st & 2nd Mortgages To XXXX : 30 day late for XX/XX/XXXX on 1st & 2nd Mortgages. They keep defaming me & wrecking my credit again. This has been since XX/XX/XXXX. I respectfully DEMAND retractions from Specialized Loan Servicing for this abuse and deliberate harassment. I am a senior citizen & my husband is a veteran. Again : I have my receipts & their receipts, so what's their purpose. THEY NEED THEIR LICENSE REVOKED AND TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. They gave me an ulcer from all of this & cost us substantially financially just so they could keep charging extra fees ( stealing ; criminial conduct ) and trying to prevent us from refinancing. I have more supporting documents but your website would not allow me enough space. I will file a separate complaint with those docs
