The denial was wrongful because Select Portfolio Servicing used " outdated '' income figures, which was disclosed by their attorney at the close of mediation. She advised I appeal and RESUBMIT the CORRRECT income figures, which would have qualified me for XXXX. The appeal was again denied with XXXX XXXX as to why the correct income resubmission was IGNORED.

Consumer Complaint: I was advised in when I was making my XX/XX/XXXX mortgage payment that my XX/XX/XXXX payment was due. I paid my XXXX payment on XX/XX/XXXX and indicated that to my mortgage company. They advised that my payment was reversed on XX/XX/XXXX citing an " invalid account ''. I contacted my bank ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) who confirmed the transaction was complete and no reversal was done. They provided me with a trace number. My mortgage company did their investigation and after 30 days requested additonal time for the investigation. In the meantime, they provided an update to the credit bureau that my XXXX payment was more than 30 days late, even though it was still XXXX and I made the payment and it was under investigation ). I also incurred late fees. Within a week they determined that I did owe the money and then cited that it was actually the XX/XX/XXXX payment that was paid and reversed. ( Which is also not true AND not their original complaint. ) I called the mortgage company and asked them to send me all of the records of the payments I made since this company had only purchased my mortgage in XX/XX/XXXX from my previous mortgage company. The agent advised that my account showed XXXX XXXX payments that were made and one was reversed. I only made 1 payment and it cleared so it appears there is some error on the part of the morgage company. I have made payments in each XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX and it reflects this in their documentation. The mortgage company continues to show I am late and now owe my XX/XX/XXXX payment but I do not. There seems to be a glitch somewhere on their end.

Consumer Complaint: Unfortunately my mortgage loan was transferred to Specialized Portfolio Servicing several months ago. My online mortgage statement has been incorrect ever since my mortgage was transferred to them and it is still incorrect. I don't know if they are incompetent, or just dishonest. I have never missed a monthly payment with them, nor with the previous mortgage company, and my bank statements are evidence of this fact. My current statement claims that I did not make a payment for the month of XX/XX/22 and this is not true. SPS received the payment. The XXXX payment is scheduled for XX/XX/22. In addition, there is an overage in my account for several XXXX XXXX which they claim they can not send me because my account is overdue. My account is NOT OVERDUE. ALL PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. They know this and I have the evidence to prove it. I am getting really tired of the games this company plays every single month.

Consumer Complaint: Loan boarded with SPS on XX/XX/XXXX, loan was in the final stages of a modification review with previous servicer, ( XXXX ). The loss mitigation process had to be restarted with SPS and XX/XX/XXXX file was approved for a modification effective trial pmts XX/XX/XXXX in the amt of XXXX. The amt of the payment was off due to the fact that SPS boarded the loan with the incorrect accrual for the real estate taxes. On XX/XX/XXXX we spoke with SPS and sent them the proof that taxes were incorrect. They were collecting XXXX instead of XXXX so when the trial docs were prepared they were collecting the wrong amount, making his pmt very high. SPS was advised by phone on XXXX, today XX/XX/XXXX we were advised that our client needs to make his pmt at the incorrect amount until they fix it. We have tried several times by phone calls, fax and email.

Consumer Complaint: I have been working with Select Portfolio Servicing ( SPS ) for 2 years to keep my house from foreclosure. I have submitted all the documentation necessary, Prior to the due date of XX/XX/XXXX, to assume the mortgage and they have confirmed the submission and the assumption is now under review. ( attached document ). They stopped the Sheriffs Sale for XXXX. However, their attorney and/or SPS has XXXX my home back on Sheriff Sale for XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke to the sheriffs office, XXXX, who handles the sales and a package was already put in for my home to be put back on sale. I need my home taken off the XXXX sale to give me time to get the assumption thru and then to bring the mortgage up to date. Putting my house on the XXXX sale is going against what the company said. ( Letter attached ). They took my house off of the sale, but put it back on the next month. I have complied with this company for years! They have gone behind, over, around and under any morals and laws to try and get my house. The attorneys have not helped, mine and theirs. I have attached all the letters from the mortgage company and my notes when I spoke to the company.

Consumer Complaint: In 2020 I skipped 3 payments XXXX through XXXX received a letter stating I was approved to defer the payments. SP 's waited until XX/XX/2020 to send me a letter saying they were only applying 2 payments to the end of my loan. I called my service manager and let her know it was incorrect. They refuse to this day to correct the error making me one month behind in my payments for over 2 years now. I don't know what else to do. They gave me difficulties with this from the beginning stating my loan was not federally backed which I had to prove to them that it is. The letter they sent deferring only two payments is not even for the correct months they say XXXX and XXXX I started paying again in XX/XX/2020 and have not missed a payment since.
