Consumer Complaint: I made payments in the amount of {$8100.00} to be applied towards my principle. Only {$2500.00} of the money I paid to SPS has been applied to my account. I have tried to get this fixed with Sps for over 90 days. The last response they said to me was do what I needed to do because they werent fixing it. Sps has tons of complaints but yet they are still allowed to be in business. I tried to resolve this with ombudsman and still 90 days later where is my {$8100.00} that I paid. This needs to be correctly Immediately but SPS just keeps sending me acknowledgment letters in the mail. Please help I would like my payments made of {$8100.00} to reflect towards my principal. I did send Sps a notice of error to correct the issues, but again my request is ignored. Buyer beware.

Consumer Complaint: My mortgage company ( SPS inc. ) doubled the escrow ( {$15000.00}, Escrow AnalysisXXXX pdf file attached ) since XX/XX/2022. So, I contact the company to claim this with a document from the county tax information ( {$7800.00}, Real Property tax.pdf file attached ). But, the mortgage company keep saying the double amount for the escrow ( Escrow Analysis-XXXX pdf file attached ) even we showed the document from the tax department. Mortgage company said they paid the double. So, I contact the tax department to figure this out, but the tax department said they never get the double amount for the escrow. And, mortgage company keep saying " Just Wait '', and they put the all money to my mortgage payment since XXXX. What shall I do to fix this?

Consumer Complaint: i have had my mortgage serviced by Select Portfolio Servicing for many years. On XX/XX/2022, I sold the property ( primary residence ) associated with the mortgage. The closing company transmitted the payoff amount, based on the Payoff Statement provided to my closing attorney on XX/XX/2022. The Payoff Statement included the Unpaid principal ( not dispute as to this amount ), an interest amount which was " calculated to XX/XX/2022 '' ( I can not determine how this amount was calculated and do not believe it is calculated correctly ), Late Charges Outstanding ( not in dispute ), NSF Charge Outstanding ( not in dispute ), and a Loan Level Advance Balance ( not in dispute ) to Select Portfolio Services on XX/XX/2022 via overnight shipping via XXXX. The check was received on XX/XX/2022 per XXXX delivery confirmation. On XX/XX/2022 I called Select Portfolio Services to confirm the receipt of the check. I was informed that it had not yet been processed. On XX/XX/2022, I contacted Select Portfolio Services to again confirm the receipt of the check, to request a reconciliation of the loan ( principal and interest ) balance ( to understand how the interest was calculated, and to inquire about the status of the excess escrow funds. During this call I was informed that I was " not eligible '' to receive a reconciliation of the loan balance or an explanation of how the amounts on the payoff statement were determined. I was also informed that the check was received on XX/XX/2022. I stated to the representative that I had proof that the check was received on XX/XX/2022 and should have been credited to my account on that day. I was informed that this was the standard practice to apply the funds when processed and not the day received ( I believe this is a violation of the law ) and was told it did not matter and I " did not understand how interest worked. '' On XX/XX/2022, I called as I had not yet received a check or the reconciliation. I was agin informed that I was " not eligible '' for a reconciliation of the loan balance or how the payoff statement was calculated. I inquired again about the Escrow check. I was informed that the check had not yet been mailed. I am under the understanding that the bank has 20 days to mail the check. I believe this is another violation of the law. I was then told that they had not updated my address to my new address as had been requested by my attorney when the payoff check was sent. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called with the same inquries as above. I was informed that the check for my Escrow funds was indeed mailed on XX/XX/2022 and that it was sent to my prior address. I explained that I was told on XX/XX/2022 that the check had not been mailed. I requested from the representative for proof that the check had been mailed on XX/XX/XXXX and the representative could not provide any. The representative stated that a replacement check would be requested and it would be issued within 30 days. I then explained that this was not acceptable and she stated that she would request a " rush '' on this. On XX/XX/2022, I called to get an update on the reissued Escrow check. I was put on hold and the representative found out that no replacement check had ever been requested. He then put in a request fo a replacement check.

Consumer Complaint: I submitted a complaint yesterday along with XXXX attachments because CFPB requested additional information I have spoken with someone 3 times regarding this complaint. All information was uploaded and now it is closed! I fedexed information XX/XX/XXXX So Im starting over On XX/XX/XXXX I sold my house for {$350000.00}. I left the closing with {$0.00} [ seller/buyer settlement statements to be uploaded again ]. I did not get my proceeds because the servicer for XXXX XXXX submitted a {$250000.00} payoff statement for the only first mortgage that was paid off XXXX. ( Or before second mortgage was released in XXXX ) Because XXXX XXXX XXXX failed to release the lien I had to take the cash from my investment/retirement account. [ XXXX statements ] I have paid fees and penalties and cant replace the money without my proceeds. instead we now have a mortgage on {$200.00} purchase. Without the retirement account i opened in XXXX, I took reduced social security to make the payments. Even after they took my proceeds, I had to contact FDIC to get the mortgage released 3 months after the sale and after paying continental title $ XXXX Because there are multiple issues, I am going to submit separate complaints. Consumer Complaint: Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc has neglected and rejected all attempts to look at alternatives to foreclosure on my home on Friday, XX/XX/2022. I have provided documentation regarding the errors that Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc performed, and also requested documentation regarding servicing my mortgage loan. Also have requested documentation of investor guidelines suggesting that foreclosure alternatives are unavailable. Lastly, Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc has not responded to the Notice of Error or the Qualified Written Response ; however, they continue to press the foreclosure sale date of XX/XX/2022. I need immediate assistance from the CFPB to strongly suggest Select Portfolio Servicing , Inc stops the foreclosure sale. I am also in the process of requesting assistance from the Maryland XXXX of XXXX.

I paid XXXX payments to two other servicers I believe XXXX XXXX just made me pay again. Less XXXX escrow to XXXX XXXX Both of these loans were at XXXX and I believe they were both included in a XXXX refinance with XXXX XXXX. But because this was done without my knowledge or consent I continued to pay for a va loan eventually transferred to XXXX XXXX {$260000.00} was a payoff XXXX made to first XXXX for a loan paid off twice.but this first XXXX loan was for XXXX. But when it released it had already been foreclosed for a loan that was never in default I had however paid off the XXXX loan ( after 345 monthly payments and {$1600.00} final balance ) XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX and XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX. I found a XXXX release for a property I paid off in XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: THEFT BY TAKING UNFAIR AND DECEPTIVE PRACTICES On or around XX/XX/XXXX, I XXXX XXXX, presumed I signed a contractual agreement with XXXX XXXX XXXX ( mortgage loan and security deed ) in the amount of {$560000.00} for subject property XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Ga XXXX. To date, NO representative ( s ) from XXXX XXXX has signed the promissory note or security deed. Oddly, XXXX ( who never signed the promissory note and or security deed either ) assigned/transferred MY promissory note to XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. Public records for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX are located at XXXX. Per the Securities and Exchange Commission, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX trust was closed XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ; and monetized for its shareholders soon thereafter. XXXX ( the alleged mortgage servicer at the time ) after transference of the note and deed, deemed my loan delinquent and hired XXXX XXXX, XXXX ( a 3rd party debt collector ) to foreclose on the subject property. XXXX and XXXX, XXXX has declared their law firm was/is working on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX as their power-in-attorney, in fact on behalf of the subject property. Shortly after my first foreclosure notice I began to communicate with XXXX XXXX XXXX. to try and resolve all issues attached to the subject property, deed and note. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX. wrote a letter stating that they have no account ( s ) attached to my name or the subject property. On XX/XX/XXXX, I decided to call XXXX XXXX XXXX. and a representative named XXXX ( employee ID XXXX XXXX XXXX ) stated that XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. did not house any accounts attached to my name, the property address, or my social security number. On or around XXXX XXXX XXXX, I began to call XXXX XXXX and was directed to a XXXX XXXX XXXX, a Property Compliance Administrator for the state of Georgia. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX informed me via email, XXXX XXXX in fact did not have any interest in the subject property. I XXXX XXXX, do not have an executed 2 party contractual agreement with XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, or XXXX XXXX. I have not been provided with any contracts that show an executed agreement between myself and the parties listed above. Nor does XXXX XXXX XXXX. or XXXXXXXX XXXX claim to have any interest in or knowledge of the subject property. XXXX and XXXX, XXXX are claiming to work on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX. and XXXX XXXX in an attempt to rob the subject property from me. XXXX and XXXX, XXXX are blatantly violating my constitutional rights, FDCPA regulations and are engaging in criminal behavior. I have been a victim of forgery, enforcement of an illegal contract, theft by conversion, theft by taking, libel, defamation of character, harassment, unauthorized permissible use, false/misleading representation, unfair practices, furnishing of deceptive forms, mail fraud and XXXX. I am reaching out to the CFPB to remedy XXXX and XXXX deceptive collection practices indefinitely, in hopes of the bureau escalating this matter and force XXXX and XXXX to correct their wrongs by me and other victims across America.
