I have submitted the documents dozens of time through email and website and keep getting the run around. I was awarded help through the state of Wisconsin and they raised my payment for almost {$300.00} more for no reason. The mortgage on this property have never been over {$700.00} since XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent an email to my relationship manager showing all the documents ( quit claim deeds ) as to who the ownership of this home belonged to. The house was sold in XX/XX/XXXX. SPS sent escrow checks back to me HOWEVER, they made them payable to the deceased person, PLUS the person who was on the loan at one time, and taken off the title. I have asked them to reissue these checks into MY NAME. I am the owner of the property, and I received a letter stating they received my inquiry and I will have an answer in 60 days Well its much more than 60 days, no answer When I called and I spoke to the lady she said my request was received XX/XX/XXXX and it is not 60 days. I told her its MORE THAN 60 days its XX/XX/XXXX. She put me on hold and NEVER RETURNED to the telephone.

Consumer Complaint: This is my third complaint concerning SPS! Through your assistance they have been very helpful, but it appears that all of the paperwork they have sent me which included a reduction in my mortgage payoff and a XXXX release of the 2nd mortgage has been completely ignored by their attorneys. The attorneys for SPS have stated the payoff amount of $ XXXX is the one their clients recommended and if it needs to be changed to contact their bankruptcy division because of the XXXX XXXX. A representative from Title Team contacted the bankruptcy division today ( XXXX ) and was informed that the payoff will not be changed unless my bankruptcy attorney submitted paperwork from the court stating the changes which were approved through their customer advocate were approved through the court! The attorneys for SPS are unwilling to help or even take action on the paperwork submitted. This has been ongoing since XXXX and the individual purchasing my home is growing very impatient. I ask that SPS provide an accurate payoff to their attorneys so that I can finally sell the home!

Consumer Complaint: The amount SPS paid out in home insurance does not accurately reflect my policy documents and SPS WILL NOT EXPLAIN WHY SPS REFUSES TO UPDATE ESCROW DOCUMENTATION TO REFLECT TRUE POLICY AMOUNTS!!!! In addition, I was informed my account is on a Bankruptcy repayment plan. Why is it on one now and what is that?? I was never told about this. They Hijacked my credit reporting that i have not made any payments. I have made on time monthly payments. Why does my credit not reflect this?? I AM NOT IN BANKRUPTCY! I GET XX/XX/XXXX SPS paid XXXX {$3600.00} for policy effective XXXX. The policy was updated XX/XX/XXXX new amount {$2200.00} saving {$1400.00} SPS was notified, XXXX returned {$1400.00}, I wrote Check # XXXX for {$1400.00} to SPS for ESCROW ONLY. All of this transpired prior to my first payment being due! Forward to XX/XX/XXXX and SPS paid {$2900.00} for Insurance. Updated policy effective XX/XX/XXXX was for {$2000.00} to all state saving {$920.00} INSURANCE & TAXES FOR XXXX TOTALED {$3300.00} NOT {$4800.00} INSURANCE & TAXES FOR XXXX TOTALED {$3200.00} NOT {$4100.00} I contacted SPS for 26 months and requested a new escrow analysis in XX/XX/XXXX to include the NEW INSURANCE PREMIUM!!!! SPS refused to update my insurance policy information and ran the Escrow analysis with the OLD/INCORRECT numbers! Therefore, it is unknown what the monthly payment should have been from the start. for unknown reasons and to this day they still REFUSE to update policy information! I am having a hard time understanding why SPS refuses to acknowledge the updated insurance premiums in XXXX and XXXX. If the policy information was updated reflecting the TRUE policy amounts there would not be an ESCROW shortage! The Enclosed documents sum everything up!!!! THE POLICY INFORMATION WAS NEVER UPDATED!!

Consumer Complaint: My mortgagee was transferred to Select Portfolio Servicing from XXXX. XXXX. When it was transferred, I had a FHA loan. Select Portfolio Servicing reported on my credit report that I had Conventional Real Estate MTG mortgage and Conventional Re Mortgage, Date Opened XX/XX/XXXX this is untrue. On XX/XX/XXXX, I never opened a Conventional Real Estate MTG mortgage or Conventional Re Mortgage, Ever. Also, in XX/XX/XXXX I received some fraudulent documents, from Select Portfolio Servicing that had been copied and pasted. Even my initials, and signature was copied and pasted to the document. It also included a different account number, from my original account number with Select Portfolio Servicing, as well as a different address to send payments. I never complied and customer service said it was a mistake. I also noted on my credit report that the fraudulent information concerning a Conventional Real Estate MTG Mortgage and Conventional Re Mortgage was updated on XX/XX/XXXX. I have never had a Conventional Real Estate MTG mortgage or Conventional Re Mortgage. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), I have the right to fair and accurate reporting of my credit information.

Consumer Complaint: Hi I have contacted Select Portfolio Services in XX/XX/. I spoke directly with XXXX in the XXXX department, who created a case, ( XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX ) to let them know that I received a letter stating that my mortgage account was in a deficit because they paid out to my insurance when they are not suppose to hold my money in escrow at all to pay out to insurance. I am responsible for providing my own insurance and then sending Select Portfolio the declaration page so that it is on file. I have called and left 5-7 messages and no return call, email or mail was sent to me to communicate with the progress to resolve this issue. I gave ample time which is 20 days and no response. I really need your help because they have abandoned me and it's not ethical or normal. This is the second or third time they have done this and they are very rude. XXXX was helpful to begin with and promised me a returned call in 3 days after launching the case and I have never heard from her therefore I have to diligently pursue this. They seem not to care and they make a lot of mistakes.

I found a job and then continued to ask for a modification because I can now afford to make the monthly payments and I have been denied since XXXX. My mortgage is really behind because I have not been granted another modification. My mortgage company always say that they will foreclose on me. I have filed XXXX XXXX bankruptcy to save my home 3 times. I couldnt afford the bankruptcy payment because their payments were extremely too high. Several individual 's I pad to assist in the past stopped when my husband passed away last year. I am pleading for assistance it is just myself and my daughter, we have no other family alive, friends have turned their backs also. It seems the others just helped me into a bigger mess.
