Consumer Complaint: I have been trying for more than 6 month that my mortgage company which is XXXX XXXX XXXX report my payments to the 3 agency credit bureau but they have been refusing to do it. I file for bankruptcy over 7 years ago and I have sent them a confirmation letter written for me and talked to my attorney and he said the confirmation was include when I filed. so inXX/XX/XXXX they asked me for a bankruptcy discharge, I sent it to them, then a confirmation letter in XXXX and another documents and calling and ask them many times to report my payments so I can improve my credit score and get better interest when I apply for any kind of loan ... I don't know what else to do ... please help with this Thank you

Consumer Complaint: My loan servicing was transferred from XXXX to Select Portfolio servicing XX/XX/XXXX I had a loan modification with XXXX due to being late in XXXX on mortgage during a change in job. My original loan was {$51000.00} in XXXX with XXXX, I owed approximately {$43000.00} during the time I became late and signed modification. SPS is now saying I owe {$51000.00} to them for mortgage. Terms of the mortgage should not have changed during transferring. The property is XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NC XXXX. SPS does not have the complete address. They dropped the apartment number. I informed them of this and by phone and in writing and they claimed on the phone, it was 'in process of being transferred ''. I have not received a response to my written complaint. I checked XXXX which has property records, the deed is listed correctly since XX/XX/XXXXwhen I purchased, with the full address. Please assist me with not allowing these two companies to somehow take my property due to their error. I can't even be sure they are crediting payments correctly. I am working to refinance with my credit union, but my credit score isn't there yet.

SPS is committing a dual tracking federal violation. My rights have been violated and I would like SPS to review the documentation I sent in for the next 60 days. Consumer Complaint: I APPLIED FOR HARDSHIP ASSISTANCE AND TRIED TO MAKE MY PAYMENT SEVERAL TIMES, MY PAYMENT WAS DUE IN XX/XX/2018 I MADE MY MORTGAGE PAYMENT AFTER STRUGGLES OF TRYING TO MAKE IT WITH SPS. AFTER I FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF SOMEONE ON XX/XX/18 WITH SOME HELP THEY INFORMED ME TO WIRE FUNDS TO THEM WHICH I DID AND I GOT MY CONFIRMATION. I WAS THEN TOLD THAT I WAS STILL DELINQUENT AND THAT I TELL MAKE MY FULL PAYMENT, THEY REPEATED BACK TO THE AMOUNT I MADE WHICH WAS {$900.00} AND THAT IS WHAT THE APPROVAL SAYS. HOWEVER THEY ARE STATING THAT THEY CANCELLED IT OUT DUE TO NON-PAYMENT. I AM SO FRUSTRATED WITH FIGHTING WITH SPS TO GET APPROVED NOW I AM APPROVED AND THE LENDER IS NOW FIGHTING ME ON TAKE THE FUNDS FOR MY APPROVAL. FHA GUIDELINES ARE VERY EASY TO FOLLOW EVEN IF IT IS 1009 PAGES, IT IS APPARENT THAT IT IS NOT SPS POLICY TO BE KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH THE GUIDELINES FOR THE INVESTOR AND THE LOANS THEY SERVICE. FOR THE MANAGERS AND THE EMPLOYEES IN THE LOSS MITIGATION DEPARTMENT I HAVE WENT THROUGH FHA GUIDELINES AND HAVE POSITED BELOW SO YOU CAN SEE THE GRACE PERIOD FOR ALL TRIAL MODIFICATIONS IS THE FULL MONTH IT IS DUE, NOT ONLY ARE THEY NOT FOLLOWING FEDERAL REGULATIONS ON MY FHA LOAN WITH THE PAYMENT. I WAS ALSO SUPPOSE TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT WHICH WAS NOT SENT TO ME, I ONLY RECEIVED A ONE PAGE APPROVAL. FHA GUIDELINES : ( b ) Trial Payment Plan Failure The Borrower has failed the TPP when one of the following occurs : the Borrower does not return the executed TPP Agreement within the month the first trial payment is due ; the Borrower vacates or abandons the Property ; or the Borrower does not make a scheduled TPP payment by the last Day of the month it was due.

Consumer Complaint: My request is : Please remove the new PRIOR SERVICER fee being placed upon my home mortgage account. This is regarding a fee of {$1200.00}. This new PRIOR SERVICER fee is a surprise to me. I was never made aware of it, nor was I sent a demand to pay it until my account was transferred to a different loan servicer ; which is : XXXX XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX, a mysterious extra PRIOR SERVICER fee was added to my monthly house payment. The explanation was given in the form of a list as follows : AND, I am copying exactly as it is presented to me. Transaction date : XX/XX/XXXX PUBLICATION NOTICE, amt. {$920.00} ; and Transaction date : XX/XX/XXXX, PUBLICATION NOTICE, amt. {$21.00} ; and Transaction date : XX/XX/XXXX PUBLICATION NOTICE, amt. {$230.00} ; and Transaction date : XX/XX/XXXX, LEGAL CERTMAIL, amt. {$25.00} ; and Transaction date : XX/XX/XXXX LEGALPOSTINGCOST, amt. {$16.00}. There is no better explanation of what it means. So I called the new loan servicing company : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I was informed the fees are for a loan default ( which I paid off in XX/XX/XXXX ), from the previous loan servicing company XXXX XXXX. Please check into this and stop this undeserved penalty fee. The dates of the mysterious PRIOR SERVICER fee dont match with any of the dates during the reinstatement of the loan from the default dates. So Im concerned that this is a double charge placed after Ive paid all the late charges and penalties from the previous foreclosure back in XX/XX/XXXX. Please help.

Then, that mortgage co ( XXXX ) sold my contract to SPS, the first payment to be made AFTER XX/XX/2017. My payments are due on the XX/XX/XXXX of every month so I sent my XX/XX/XXXX. payment to XXXX. The New company SPS, harassed me on that 1st payment and has added a XXXX charge ... I wasnt late. I also, sent to them the check that cleared to XXXX for the XX/XX/XXXX. payment. My payments have gone from being XXXX to over XXXX per month now! something is not right! Can you please help me??

Consumer Complaint: We purchased our home inXX/XX/XXXX. Our mortgage was with XXXX XXXX XXXX but, it was sold to Select Portfolio Servicing. Due to the housing crash inXX/XX/XXXX as well as a poor economy we have struggled with the mortgage payments since the beginning. We own our own business. Shortly after Select Portfolio Servicing purchased the mortgage from XX/XX/XXXX we tried a modification. The process was a complete disaster. After 6 months of sending the same information to Select Portfolio ( ex : I would send what was requested, I would be told they had everything for their underwriting dept, I would check back a week later only to find out something else was needed. After 90 days I had to send a new packet and the process started all over again ) we finally gave up on the first modification and have tried to keep up with the payments. Unfortunately, we were not able to make our payment inXX/XX/XXXX. We have missed 3 payments ( we were able to make a payment last month - I was told this would keep us out of foreclosure status ). The second loan modification was started XX/XX/XXXX. I contact SPS about every 10 to 14 days and every time I contact them there is " something else needed ''. I verify with the representative that what is needed is all that is needed and their response is " yes ''. The last time I called I was told the bank statements I sent over at their previous request did not have the deposits circled and they could not tell what deposit to look at. These bank statements had 1 deposit on each of them! and this was the deposit information they were needing. When this modification was started I was told by SPS that they had improved their modification process and had been very successful at helping their clients. We were provided with a direct contact for each modification. It was the same woman. I don't believe she exists. We have never spoken to her. She is never there. The last time I called I asked to speak to someone in underwriting and I was told that the underwriting department does not have telephones. I was not allowed to speak to anyone in underwriting. We don't have a loan officer to speak with. Every time we call we get someone in a call center. We have requested a modification. If this is not possible then, allowing us to put some of the mortgage payments we are behind on at the back end of the loan could be an option. I don't believe SPS has any intention or providing a modification or a payment arrangement for us. We understand we are at their mercy. What I don't like is their misrepresentation of the modification process and how we are being treated. We have tried selling our home in order to get out of the mortgage debt but have had no luck. Our home has been up for sale and is currently up for sale in the hopes that we can sell it before we are foreclosed on. We do want to keep our home however, if we can sell it and payoff the mortgage then both SPS and us are successful.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, I had an adjustable rate mortgage with XXXX XXXX XXXX which adjusted in XXXX to the tune of {$4300.00} but was adjusted to {$3700.00} after loan modification. I got a second job but even with a second job, I still could not meet these terms because in addition to these payments, that I'm single parent and still had to pay for child care and other living expenses. I contacted a realtor and after a long soul searching process, I decided to put up the house for short sale in XX/XX/XXXX. In the midst of the short sale process my loan was sold to Select Portfolio Servicing in late XXXX and I have been living a nightmare ever since. According to them which I find hard to believe, XXXX XXXX XXXX did not give them any short sale paperwork when the loan was sold so I had to start from the beginning again and fill out all the required forms. I have lost 3 buyers in the process because of their shoddy business tactics. I have had the same realtor on record and I have given her 3rd party approval to handle all transactions but on myriad occasions they have returned and said she does not have approval to speak them. I have made 3-way calls on multiple occasions so they could speak to her. I have sent 3 Request For Short Sale forms ( I have proof of receipt ) to them even uploaded it to their website but they keep saying to resend or they don't have it or lost it. 4. Every time I think I'm close to approval, they throw another wrench in the plans and ask for another BPO, which is different each time, even though I have previously submitted it 3 times and ask me to fill out another RFS. The items requested have nothing to do with the settlement statement. First sale was for {$520.00}, went up to {$550.00}, now its {$590.00} The house needs a lot of repairs ( roof, flooring, termite ) and the current buyer is a newly single divorced gentleman who works in construction and will be able to offset the cost of these repairs. the BPO does not factor I the cost of the repairs of where a reputable, ethical person conducting it would tell you. So far he has been very patient to hang in there with the process but I'm afraid he maybe the 4th casualty. My life is at a standstill, I can not move forward and begin the hard work of reestablishing my credit because XXXX is a nightmare and losing 3 buyers has been very tough to swallow with XXXX giving me foreclosure dates and removing foreclosure date only to throw more curveballs because of their shoddy business tactics. No one buys a home thinking they will lose their home, I certainly never tough this would happen to me. I have lived in this home for 12 years and it's been tough to let of the dream of home ownership and my grieving process exacerbated and been complicated by XXXX. I have a copy of all the documents with my realtor that I have submitted to XXXX if you need them. Sincerely. Distressed soon to be former homeowner.
