Consumer Complaint: I was offered a loan by a man who asked me to go to XXXX XXXX and get XXXX cards to prove that it was me. The total sum of the XXXX cards were of {$800.00}. So I gave him the XXXX numbers I called to ask him how the loan was going. He said he needed {$100.00} more. I said I didnt have it. I disconnected the phone call I knew it was fraud at that time because he was asking me for money, and then I looked on my online banking and there was a provisional credit because before I had a chance to understand what was happening and go to XXXX XXXX and get the XXXX cards, they pulled the money back out said that they had a dispute My bank is charging me the fraudulent activity amount when they know the whole process is fraudulent. The dates of the fraudulent activity was from XX/XX/XXXX to today XX/XX/XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I opened my account with PNC Bank on XX/XX/XXXX for my small business. I made a deposit on the day I opened it and everything was fine. I received a call on XX/XX/XXXX from the branch manager stating that there was a problem with my account because they could not verify my address. I provided them with a copy of financial statements and government issured identification showing my address but they did refused to accept that my address was valid. My account remained open and they said they I had to close it. I did not want to close my account and told them if they wanted the account closed, they were going to have to close it as we already signed the banking agreement. I made deposits on XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX which were accepted by PNC Bank. I also made payments to vendors on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX which were paid through online Bill Pay through PNC Bank which they processed. On XX/XX/XXXX a hold was placed on my account and all of my funds were made unavailable. I reached out to the PNC Bank on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and was told they put a hold on my account and would not process any transactions going forward unless I provided a signed copy of my lease showing my physical address. Which I believe is an over-reach. My business is registered with the Arizona Corporation Commision. All my documents filed with them list the same address which is listed on my PNC Account. I have provided a copy of my State Issued Travel ID Approved drivers license which also lists the same address as the one listed on my PNC Bank Account. I have sufficiently provided proof or residency required by their banking guidelines. They are clearly discriminating against me based on their own frivilous notions. No notice was mailed to me indicating they were going to place a hold on my account. No call was made indicating at my funds were going to be held. No email was received indicating my funds/account were going to be suspended. PNC Bank has caused an unwarranted interruption to my business because of an ignorant belief that my address is not valid. I was told by PNC Bank that they would release my funds if I close my account. I do not want to close my account.

PNC charged me an account maintenance fee. Please see below for the fee. XX/XX/2023 MONTHLY SERVICE CHARGE XXXX {$7.00} - {$7.00} Now PNC will not allow me to close the account unless I pay this fee. Which seems rather predatory.

Consumer Complaint: I was approved for 5 months through the state for XXXX XXXX. I would get many harassing calls obviously but yet not one of the reps would ever read the notes and added stress to an already tough situation. Finally XX/XX/23 they received a wire. Many calls no one has called me back now. They don't know how to apply funds yet to the penny for XX/XX/23 statement was sent and they don't know how to apply it. The state has also said they are being very difficult. It's unbelievable how easy and now they are dragging their feet and holding on to state funds when it's very clear how to apply not to add the state has already told them. Now that I need their calls, silence.

Consumer Complaint: I traded my vehicle in 2021 and it was paid in full. A loan release statement never reached me and now I'm trying to get a mortgage but the loan is still showing on my credit report. After 5 calls now to try and get a statement from them to state the loan was paid I'm still unsuccessful. I am told each time that the file has been archived and they can't access it. It's reckless to archive a file without updating the credit bureau. I stand a great chance now of losing my home loan due to this as it increases my debt to income ratio.

Consumer Complaint: I have both a savings account and checking account. Because the bank required it for a loan, I had an automatic transfer every month from checking to savings. Last week, I got an email telling me that the transfer did not happen this month because my checking account does not exist. Spending more than an hour on the phone, I got a number of different answers and was told to send an email to XXXX explaining the issue. The phone reps also told me that my checking account was fine, but my savings account had been XXXX because of lack of activity even though I had the activity screen pulled up and there has been at least 1 transaction every month. I got an email back from the abuse address that told me I should be using the customer service number for quicker response rather than an email. I got another email from the abuse address, telling me that the message about my checking account not existing was a valid message. Then I got a letter in the US Mail, also telling me the From Account ( my checking account ) " Account Does Not Exist ''.

Consumer Complaint: A lot of our bills or transactions do not reflect what is shown on mail, applications, purchases, sometimes it's more sometimes it's less. It takes a week for things to clear, some transactions do not show up. There is a program that i and my wife had signed up for called XXXX XXXX XXXX with numerous reports of Fraud. I've had problems before this. I believe there are companies or peoples, using tap systems in the area. When we first opened the account we were not able to screen shots on our phone. now we can feely take them. Ive seen downloadable software to help prevent " Fraud '' on our home computer to download. It did not do anything. Our paychecks are also being obstructed. We have been dealing with this since 2020. The bills that we have received from the electric company have been changed. we actually changed our electric company but within a month it went back to the original provider.

They have not provided proof of whom they sent the money to. This has been going on since XX/XX/XXXX. I filed a complaint then and nothing happened. I filed another complaint on XX/XX/XXXX thats when the bank decided they had made their interest and fees They finally gave me access to the account and lifted the freeze after 3 years.

Consumer Complaint: Our XXXX tax return was deposited into the incorrect account that doesnt not belong to us. We contacted PNC to have them return funds to IRS so that they can issue check to correct person. PNC has refused to return our tax return to the IRS. We filed a form XXXX to ask for the funds to be returned and pnc is continuing to disregard our request. I have emails from XXXX showing we have been trying to get this corrected. Funds were deposited into incorrect account on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX.
