I feel as though PNC is holding my money hostage with this action, and forcing me to stay with their savings account that has extremely low interest rates.

Consumer Complaint: I would like help enforcing a refund for my personal home loan regarding overpayment of my PMI. I'll try to summarize where I am at with this issue : About 3 months ago I realized my escrow accounts still dedicated some payments to PMI. I was shocked considering my loan to value of my home is under 40 %. My LTV has been under 80 % for close to 2 years, hence have been paying PMI for that length of time. I successfully had the PMI removed the middle of XX/XX/2020 from my loan and was expecting a refund for overpayment of the PMI. After several calls and requests for information with PNC, I still don't have any answers as to why I am being refused a refund. Not only did PNC fail to remove the PMI from my loan at ~20 % LTV , they are refusing to pay back the overcharged amount. I have a request in with a supervisor ( not sure how this hasn't happened yet ), and am still pursuing an answer.

Many other national banks are doing this, and I would like to as well in order to help me keep my savings. PNC uses all sorts of digital transfers and for whatever reason is not allowing this one. It's all of the sudden not allowing me when previously this was not an issue. Its EXTREMELY disappointing!!! The only thing I can figure is that PNC is forcing everyone to use XXXX on their app or website which is XXXX! Please fix this so that we have the ability to use XXXX again.

Consumer Complaint: I opened new checking account with PNCbank on XX/XX/2020 with signup bonus of {$500.00} when I meet the direct deposit requirements. I Meet all the signup requirements and never gotten the signup bonus, And when I contacted then they are saying different reason that I had this account before but that was not mentioned in the terms anywhere. I was opened this account when they popup the advertisement when I login their portal for my credit card management.
