Consumer Complaint: Hello, Since XX/XX/20, I have attempted to right a wrong with PNC regarding a check I mistakenly deposited into my business checking account with them and PNC has not assisted me in recovering these funds for several days now. I mistakenly deposited a {$3000.00} check ( check XXXX ) into my business checking account on XX/XX/20 and this check was actually written on the SAME business checking account. I thought the check was from a different account I owned, but it was from the same account that it was written on. I realized the error but it was too late. {$3000.00} was withdrawn form my account to cover the check written on the SAME account, the funds came out and were never deposited back, despite the several attempts I have tried to make regarding this. Right now, I just want my {$3000.00} back into my account. I dealt with someone named XXXX XXXX from the PNC help component on the online app and she has not communicated with me in a way that would help me. I spoke with her twice. She said it would take 3 days, but it has been well in excess of 3 days. I want the {$3000.00} put back into my account as soon as possible. Though it is my error, PNC should have also caught this error and refunded the money, but there has been no action. Now I need a different kind of help.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I was made aware that Pnc Bank had placed a hold on my checking account for {$5000.00}. This was a request by an attorney 's office due to a judgement. Unfortunately, this made my account negative over {$4000.00}. I have been off work and was tested on XX/XX/20 for the covid-19 virus so having this hold on my account is very stressful at this time. I have made arrangements with the attorneys office for a settlement of {$1000.00} to come out and the remaining to be released immediately. This was faxed to Pnc Bank on XX/XX/20 but the hold is still on my account. I'm requesting help to get this hold removed immediately. I'm also requesting information as to if this was legal to place a hold during this time of pandemic in our country. As you can imagine, this has made it even much more difficult to care for my family. It has also cause a great deal of additional stress for me and my family while I wait for the results of my testing. If you can please help me in anyway, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you. Consumer Complaint: I am trying to link the XXXX application and called pnc bank. Pnc bank is stating that since they sent me a code via text that its not their error. The pnc agent gave me a number to call and a automated message comes on about XXXX stating to go to the XXXX application follow some steps but the issue has nothing to do with XXXX. Also the after the automated system gives you the information about XXXX it hangs up. The issues has not been resolved. I need to be able to link my XXXX application to pnc and so far its not fixed.
