Consumer Complaint: IN XX/XX/2019, I WAS TOD I OPENED AN ACCT AT XXXX. I DID NOT. I CALLED THEM AND THEY CLOSED IT. I THOUGHT IT WAS OVER. THEN I GOT NOTICE IN XXXX THAT I OPENED AN ACCOUNT AT XXXX. I VERIFIED THESE BANKS HAVE MY SOCIAL AND DOB WHEN I CALLED. I CLOSED XXXX. IN XXXX, I RECEIVED NOTICE I OPENED 3 ACCTS AT PNC. ON XX/XX/XXXX, I RECEIVED NOTICE I WAS DECLINED OPENING AN ACCT AT XXXX XXXX.
I HAVE PLACED A FREEZE ON ALL CREDIT BUREAUS IN XXXX ( MAYBE EARLIER IN XXXX ) I ALSO CLOSED XXXX SO MY ACCT HAS FLAGS, PNC WENT AHEAD AND OPENED THE ACCTS. THEY WILL NOT TELL ME ANYTHING ABOUT THEM DUE TO FRAUD. I REPORTED THE FRAUD!!
I WENT TO MY CITY POLICE, THEY REFERRED ME TO MY COUNTY POLICE. THE COUNTY POLICE SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY CAN DO.
SOMEONE HAS MY INFORMATION AND IS TRYING TO COMMIT FRAUD. I WANT MY INFORMATION CHANGED. I CAN NOT CONTINUE GETTING THESE NOTICES AND ATTEMPTS TO TAKE SOMETHING FROM ME. PNC ALLOWED THE ACCTS TO GO THROUGH AFTER I MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE. THIS IS GETTING RIDICULOUS! PLEASE HELP ME.
