Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 I attempted to add funds to the XXXX XXXX, based in New York, and which operates in Washington State, my state of residency. PNC, my bank, denied me access to transfer funds to the XXXX XXXX via the XXXX service. The problem has not been resolved. These are my funds and I have the right to do with them as I wish in a legally compliant manner. I understand the need for security, but at a certain point, my bank should not be the arbiter of risk assessment for my funds. That responsibility lies with me and my money.
The error I received from XXXX is that " PNC has made a change that prevents you from being able to link your accounts. '' This seems to be a common problem with PNC and third party apps.
