Consumer Complaint: As a Veteran and new mother I use apps that allow me to borrow money when needed for main necessities for my newborn daughter. PNC has changed their policies blocking and preventing me to use apps such as XXXX and XXXX that allow me to borrow money in emergency needs. This is not how banks should operate. PNC NEVER offered me any loans or credit in order to suffice to my emergent needs! If banking systems continue to do this I will be forced to withdraw all of my deposits made by the Department of Veterans Affairs and purchase short term bonds from the Department of Treasury so that my needs of having extra income. Because I am a XXXX Veteran I find that the banking institutions should and will no longer be able to use my money in advance to loan it to other customers!! If this continues I will request the VA to send my money to a separate account such as XXXX XXXX or XXXX because these corporations know how to treat me!!

Consumer Complaint: PNC Bank reported a 30-day past due status to the credit bureaus effective XX/XX/XXXX. The oversight was due to PNC auto-pay not debiting my monthly payment from my bank account. Upon receiving the PNC late notification in the mail, I immediately made the past due payment. I contacted PNC to explain auto-pay did not work and highlighted that I have been a customer since XXXX ( 13 years ) with a flawless payment record - proof I pay my bills on time. PNC was unwilling to remove the 30-day past due notice from my credit record. No reason has been provided for why PNC auto-pay did not work and my impeccable business record over 13 years was not valued enough to make any changes. As a result my credit has dropped 40 points and told by PNC it will take 7 years to remove from my credit report. I view this business practice reprehensible and disappointed PNC is unwilling to work with a loyal customer to correct a negative credit entry due to a problem with their auto-pay system.
