Consumer Complaint: I use an app called XXXX. It allows you to get paid earlier than payday depending on the amount of hours you spend at work. This app linked up with my PNC bank account and allowed the app to withdraw the money I had paid myself earlier in the week. I've been using this app linked with my PNC account with no problems until yesterday. XXXX app is telling me that my PNC bank is not allowing this essential service to link up when all other banks allow to this.
