Consumer Complaint: PNC has made changes that has prevents customers to be able to link accounts with 3rd party vendors. This change happens at the worse possible time at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic when consumers needed to access money in contact-less ways.
I needed to transfer money in and out of XXXX so that I could pay people for services. Unfortunately, right when i needed this, PNC made changes that would not allow this to happen. I called to complain about this and voice my frustration.
Now I am trying to link my account to XXXX so that I can collect rent payments and it is not allowing me to do so. I received an error message from XXXX saying that PNC has made changes that prevents being able to link accounts.
