Consumer Complaint: I was trying to link my PNC bank account to the XXXX XXXX app which uses the program " XXXX ''. it keps telling me there was a problem processing my request and that the account could not be connected at this time.
Later on in the day, i went to use my XXXX app to send a colleague some money. XXXX just started using XXXX as well, and once again did not let me connect my bank account to my app.
after this, i tried calling PNC bank customer service, and they told me it had to be a third party problem. this is the only place i could think of to come to try and resolve this. Thank you in advance.
