Consumer Complaint: PNC does not allow their customers to share their financial date with third parties such as XXXX and XXXX even when consent has been given. The banks practice of not sharing information such as account balances and purchase history regardless of consent and consumer request, makes customers ineligible for cash advance services which are especially important in this pandemic when families need that breathing room between pay periods. I reached out to PNC to address this issue but have received no response and the practice of withholding consumer financial information is still currently in use. I am making a final complaint through consumer finance to see if PNC will change their policy. If not, I will be forced to bank with another institution whose actions reflect the best interest of their customers.

Consumer Complaint: I've been using XXXX for a few months now ( Since XX/XX/2019 ). I use the feature called " round-ups '' that takes the remaining amount per dollar and puts it in a savings account. I was notified that my card was no longer linked so I went online to update my info ( I assumed it was because I had gotten a new ATM card ). Although when I tried to update my information i was notified that PNC was the reason it was not working as they have " taken away '' permissions from the XXXX platform. I was then directed here to file a complaint. I am curious to know when this was stopped, and also why?
