Consumer Complaint: I use the app XXXX to help me save money and now I am being told Im not allowed to link my bank account to this app. This app saves money for me and also helps pay on my credit card. I have been using it for well over a year and absolutely love it and have had zero issues with unauthorized access to my bank account and so forth and would like to continue to do this.

Consumer Complaint: PNC is not allowing it's customers access to link their banking account with online services. In my particular case, I attempted to link my PNC checking account with the well known investment service " XXXX '' only to be met with an error. The error being that PNC is not allowing customers access to their own money via trusted third party applications. As a PNC customer I should have the right to link my account voluntarily with financial services that could stand to benefit me. This is my own money in which I have earned. It is not fair to their customers to prevent them access to their own accounts when larger banks such as XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX XXXX customers do not have these issues. This policy only stands to inconvenience their own customers and I believe I will be looking to bank elsewhere because of it.
