This happened a few months ago with XXXX, another investment app, and I keep being told that I need to invest but PNC doesn't seem to want me to invest and I'm getting fed up with this! Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 I used an atm and atm said transaction error or something and did not dispense any money but still still charged my account XXXX $ I called the atm company they said dispute with bank so I called and filed a Dispute with my bank indi and now there saying I get no provisional credit even thuu I go its been over 10 buisness days they say there waiting for the response of the merchant which I thought is what the credit was for was for consumer to have access to there money back while waiting for the response and I thought was mandatory if not sorry Im wrong there saying it could be 90 days until I get my credit
