Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 made ach payment to PNC. on XX/XX/XXXX PNC said my bank stopped and reversed payment. On XX/XX/XXXX called PNC to question why funds were reversed. Then called my bank XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX to see if they did intact stop or reverse payment. They did not. Called PNC back. They wanted me til XX/XX/2022 because of holiday. On Monday XX/XX/XXXX I called back. They wanted me to submit bank statement. I went to local PNC branch had them send in information to start research. Called my bank and checked PNC on line both Pnc and XXXX XXXX XXXX. To check on funds. PNC kept saying it would talk 7 days to resolve. Called back XX/XX/2022. To PNC to find out what happened to my payment. Was transferred to 3 different people. All of which new nothing. Finally was transferred to local back again. Which has nothing to do with this problem. He called someone and said nothing had been done yet. So again XX/XX/2022 I sent them in a complete statement from my XXXX XXXX XXXX ACCOUNT that showed ihad not recievied my funds back. They said it would that another 7 to 10 days to research this information. I said this was unexpectedly taking to Long. I have already wanted 7 days tomorrow. She said they would give me a call back in 24 hours. So far everything they told me is not happened. And today they verified they have not stopped any investigation.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I submitted a request to my mortgage company ( PNC Bank ) to close the escrow account. After many calls and follow-ups, I finally received a letter on XX/XX/XXXX indicating my escrow account can be closed but I have to pay a fee of {$1100.00} for " closure fees '' and submit a consent form. I signed the form and sent it back to the bank via mail as requested. On the night of XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX EST, I called and spoke to XXXX XXXX PNC requesting information regarding the fee they disclosed and where in our document was this acceptable. The lady on the phone, after several minutes of review, indicated she couldn't find the clause in the documents that allowed them to charge me this fee. I requested her to have someone call me and drive me through the document as to where those fees were agreed upon in our document. So far, I have not heard back from the bank and I don't want to delay more the closing process. I just want indication as to what we agreed upon is correct and that I'm to pay those fees. If that was not the case, I shouldn't be charged for that.

There seems to be an attempt to indicate that I have provided credit card info on file - I have never provided the company with my credit card for any services. The portal indicates that access has been blocked largely due to a monthly payment. I have never signed up for paid subscription to any XXXX service. This has impacted my ability to get information from my bank- PNC. At this time PNC requires an updated credit report with my rental information from XXXX - XXXX in the XXXX section, I am unable to get any service from their agents who indicate that to include rental information, I must have access to XXXX I have been informed that XXXX is available for free. Yet agents have blocked my access to the account and as of XX/XX/XXXX, I am unable to get any clear, relevant information on the phone or through mailings.

Consumer Complaint: I attached a statement that covers the problem. It is a long and involved issue that spans over 12 years. Currently, as in all along, the bank is again acting illegally in shortening my redemption period and refusing to fix the mistake. Eights months from XX/XX/XXXX, is XX/XX/XXXX, and the bank has shortened that to XX/XX/XXXX. Which is less than the full 8 months required. See attached form received from PNC 's attorney 's. Furthermore, they did not send a certified copy to the home address they have on file for me. I received the copy at the WA home, but they are required to also send a copy to my current address on file. WA State XXXX XXXX explains that the extra 6 months of redemption period will be granted for not properly executing the redemption period notice. Further information and all proof of my statements are in the court filings over the years. These filings are all published on XXXX. These are few of many violations done on my good name ; which breaks the law. These listed Violations are based on breach of fiduciary duties TILA, FCRA, XXXX, XXXX, THE Sherman Antitrust Act, FTC Act and RICO Act Your company falsely reported information that resulted in defamation of my character. Further, you created a deceptive form that made the creditors and employers believe that I was in debt, though you could not prove its validity. If the debts were valid you created a false impression that I was not able to pay the alleged debts. As a result, I was discriminated against and denied my right to extend credit. I also suffered emotionally as well as financial hardship. Therefore, your company is liable according to 15 USC 1681o

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XXXX charges were made on my PNC XXXX in equal amounts of {$2200.00} to XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Upon notifying the bank that these charges were fraudulent I was asked if my address was XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NJ XXXX. This is NOT my address and has never been my address. The bank representative at that time claimed my address was changed through the XXXX. A different representative that same day said that information was not accurate. These charges were removed and did not post to the account. I am making this complaint to provide a record of this fraud and have added additional security measures to my account and credit bureaus. A few days later my address was changed again to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX. I canceled the credit card and requested a new card which was received in an unsealed envelope so I canceled the credit card again and have requested a new one once more. This card has still not been received but was said to be sent to local PNC branch for security purposes. I received a tracking number yesterday from the bank and should be able to track down my card with this information. Concerning this fraud and identity theft, I have filed a police report with my local authorities, the XXXX XXXX Police Department, report # XXXX.
