Consumer Complaint: I had pmi on my mortgage with pnc bank starting at closing XX/XX/XXXX. I entered bankruptcy XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and completed the bankruptcy successfully on XX/XX/XXXX with every payment to trustee on time in full per the bankruptcy agreement. I paid the trustee, and the trustee then paid creditors. For whatever reason, the trustee chose to make payments to pnc after pncs due date and now pnc is saying I was late but I was not. I have been on time every month since XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXover 4 years now!!! I have tried and tried to get pmi deletion as i have been timely. The house is worth at least {$550000.00} and owe less than {$240000.00}. My bankruptcy lawyer told me the bankruptcy plan replaced the contract with the lender during its active status. Given that, I have been on time since XX/XX/XXXX. I have submitted proof of the increased value of the house. My bankruptcy lawyer tried to resolve this for me and their lawyer told her they would and then failed to do so. At this point, I have been paying pmi of XXXX? a month since XXXXXXXX XXXXover 6 years. No one at pnc will help me. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: Good afternoon. I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with a checking account through PNC bank. I am in my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and working hard to achieve success. Im often studying or in class. I worked almost everyday this past summer to make over {$2000.00}. I have NEVER disputed any charge in the past nor have I ever been the victim of fraud. Additionally, Ive never lost my card or misplaced it and it is always with me. Additionally I have never shared my account info or log in info with anyone. I realized in XXXX that my account had been hacked and numerous fraudulent charges had been made. The majority of the charges were fraudulent. I contacted my bank immediately. I disputed every charge that was fraudulent and then later even went to the PNC branch on XXXX. I returned home today for the holiday break and received numerous notifications from PNC that my disputed transactions were denied and not returned. The PNC website currently notes that theres been an increase in fraud, however, they are unwilling to return my money. PNC targets XXXX XXXX and advertises how secure they are. Their lack of quick response and unwillingness to return my money is unacceptable. Many people have to work hard to make a little money and should not be taken advantage of by a large bank. As a result of their unwillingness to refund my money, I have lost approximately {$1000.00}. I appreciate any guidance you may provide. XXXX XXXX

Issue: Opening an account
Subissue: Unable to open an account
Consumer Complaint: On or about XX/XX/2022 I entered PNC Bank at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, AL XXXX around 3 pm. Upon entry I approached the teller and made her aware I would like to open a account. The teller stated to have seat and someone would be there to assist. She blurted out it will be {$45.00} to open a account. Her name was XXXX. By the time I settled in a chair the same teller was approaching stating she would help. I informed her I would like to open up a trust account. She stated the manager could help with this. She left and went into a office room near me. When she returned she had a piece of paper related to account opening information and said the manager was gone. I asked for the paper and she stated she needed to make a copy. She returned with a copy and the managers card. It said XXXX XXXX. I waited for a few minutes a woman walked out of the office room to the teller. When the woman left the teller I called XXXX and she looked at me. PNC bank is clearly conducting discriminating against clients preventing access to the bank. I was angered, shocked and embarrassed. XXXX knew I was the person who inquired about the trust via the teller. And was shocked I called her name.

We have called them numerous times with no resolution. We need to physically go to the PCN branch, but we can not afford to take time off to address their billing errors. According to MGL Sect 56 and Sect 57 Chapeter 183, PCN are unlawful in their actions. XX/XX/XXXX -Amount owed was XXXX We paid {$1500.00} The balance should be {$190.00}, but it was not. PCN hit our credit with a Past Due notice of $ XXXXeven though we just paid them {$1500.00} XXXX We paid PCN {$790.00}. We were notified our account was " Paid in Full '' after this payment. But then, PCN added an additional {$900.00} to our account, after we were told it was paid in full. They told us it was a penalty for early payment. But, the loan was not paid early, it was paid over the course of 15-years. We continue to try to work with PCN but they neglect to respond to our calls or letters. Our credit scores are constantly being effected by these illegal charges. Please advise.
