Consumer Complaint: I received a check from a customer/scammer in the amount of {$1700.00} on XXXX. I deposited the check through PNC mobile on XXXX. Check cleared with the bank and funds were deposited into my PNC account on XXXX. On XXXX and XXXX, the customer/scammer sending the check requested a partial refund of {$1000.00}, and {$600.00} through XXXX, respectively. I confirmed that the check cleared with my bank, and proceeded to XXXX the individual those amounts. In the evening of XXXX, the check was refunded. I called PNC to file a dispute on XXXX, once I realized I had been scammed- they indicated that the department handling such cases was closed over the weekend. I called PNC again on XXXX to file the dispute. I called PNC on XXXX to get a status update on the dispute- PNC informed me that the dispute was ruled against me on XXXX despite the charges being fraudulent and predicated on the confirmation from PNC that the check had cleared and was processed during the week of XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX. Refinanced our conventional mortgage with XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX XXXX. PNC purchased/received our loan to service XX/XX/XXXX XXXX. We contacted PNC to remove our XXXX payments early XXXX because our XXXX has dropped below 78 % and followed up multiple times through late XXXX. We even sent {$150.00} check ( at the direction of XXXX of their loan officers ) to pay for XXXX. The check was returned to us. We communicated with multiple bank officers. We are XXXX and have conducted XXXX 's ourselves and there should be no problem proving the value of our home is close to 65 % of our existing XXXX. We are willing to follow any procedures they have to process the removal of the PMI. What PNC is saying is that when we XXXX XXXX with XXXXXXXX XXXX they put a 2 year restriction that XXXX could not be dropped in that time. We contacted XXXX XXXX and they have no such policy and there is nothing in the XXXX docs we signed with them. PNC has maintained all this time that there is a time restriction preventing the removal of our XXXX. They have failed to provide any documentation to this. We have never been late on any payments. We have maintained any and all required escrow items. We have excellent credit and payment histories on all credit accounts. I also believe this restriction goes against the law in place that requires a lender to remove XXXX when the XXXX drops below 78 % of the value of the home.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXXXXXX XXXX the owner of a salon charged me {$1100.00} for a Service I did not receive until XX/XX/XXXX. The service was a hair replacement and the salon absolutely butchered it and then refused to refund my money after Id been back three separate times for them to fix it. I disputed it with my bank because the merchant refused and it was disputed under quality of merchandise or services bc it was the worst hair Ive ever seen, yet my bank continues to deny said dispute stating that the transaction is valid, yes Im aware it was valid but nobody is saying it was fraudulent. The bank should not offer a dispute option of quality of services or merchandise if we can not dispute based upon that.

Consumer Complaint: PNC Bank has my 3Rd stimulus payment of XXXX after my checking account was supposed to be closed due to bankruptcy that I had no choice to file due to identity theft back in XX/XX/2021. I assumed my stimulus check would come to me by hard copy and mailed to my XXXX XXXX XXXX After I had not received my money from the IRS. I decided to call my old bank PNC to see if my money was sent there? Sure enough the customer representative saw that it had posted on XX/XX/2021 for XXXX with no activity on this old checking account after the money posted. I was then transfer to bank operation and told that the money had been posted and sent the direct deposit back to IRS. After many certified letters to the IRS and calls and a visit to PNC bank, I received a notice from the IRS that PNC would not corporate with the IRS. Also, the IRS letter stated that I should contact the PNC bank which I did and now the PNC bank stated that they can't find my money. I stated the name of employee and the date of who I talked to and was told the person no longer works for PNC Bank this was the person that stated that my money was sent back to the IRS. The back called me back and stated that they found my money in an amenity account. Again, they have changed their story stating I took the money out of this supposed close account. The bank can not produce a statement showing where the money was withdraw. After 5 more months this bank has denied me my money that the IRS sent direct deposit to a checking account that should have been closed back in XXXX when I filed for bankruptcy. I believe this is against the law.. These people that work for PNC bank are very vindictive and think this is no big deal.. They will lie, cheat, and steal my money to cover their XXXX. It took pnc bank 5 month to come up with a plan to redact statement for month of XX/XX/2021. Stating i withdrew the money which is a lie and they know this.. I asked to see the footage of me withdrawing the money they wont let me see the footage, furthermore I stated this so called withdraw was impossible due to me being out of town for XXXX in XX/XX/2021 and part of XXXX XXXX this problem is still going on, it will be 1year and 8 months they have kept my money.

Consumer Complaint: Closing appointment XX/XX/22 for Heloc at PNC XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX United States Came in at XXXX the time of our appointment. The person we had the appointment with decided to assist a different client. Which made me feel discriminated against. Then we were passed off to a different person, who was not trained to do heloc closings. They were not able to describe the paperwork to us and did not know where or how we needed to sign. They found out that they were missing some of our information because their teller misplaced our checking account information. They made us feel like we were an inconvenience and they were visibly frustrated. Making us feel like it was all our fault. They wanted to reschedule me but that was not acceptable to me. A manager who was not present instructed the individual how to proceed over the phone and we finished the process, or so we thought. They made mistakes on how were were supposed to sign and we have had to come back to resign several times. I have made complaints with their company but still I dont have a resolution. My loan closing is not completed.
