I was then told no further information was provided and I would not be refunded. This is a large charge in the middle of a pandemic I did not purchase. PayPal refused to help me.

Consumer Complaint: To whom this may concern, PayPal permanently closed my account because they said that I have violated their Acceptable Use Policy, specifically the sale of unapproved file sharing services and will not help me with getting it back up and going or even do anything about it on their end to make things clear and resolved. I am not sure if this is some mistake as I assume it has to be because I do not use nor do file sharing services. I have been doing business with Paypal for months and I'm not even doing anything wrong. No business is perfect and in times of chargeback or disputes, I give the full refund to the customer and make sure all cases are closed, so nothing wrong there. I have not been able to get help from them for months but I just remembered I could file a report here as I feel they are not doing their job properly and wouldn't even care to resolve things the right and just way and it is affecting me a great deal as I used PayPal daily for a long time now. Consumer Complaint: Today XX/XX/2021 PayPal withdraw {$7900.00} from my business bank account without my authorization, leaving my account overdraft balance of - {$5400.00}. My customer used the wrong card to do his payment on XXXX XXXX who is from I receive my payments and he ask for refund with his credit card company. PayPal is charging the fees from that transaction and did the withdraw from my business account without my concern leaving with no money to work and left money on PayPal account who gets 1-2 business day to the money go to my bank account and They have a option who is suppose to transfer instant money paying a fee of course but the way dos nor work to and I have to wait 72 hours to PayPal review the transaction and maybe transfer the money to me. I have to hold all my crew and keep paying then per day until I have the money in my account back to start my jobs again. Until that my company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX will be close and putting me and a hardship situation who the only will pay for that for sure will be me because my employees will get they money, the customer who did a mistake paying with wrong card will have hes money back with full amount, PayPal will have they money and also me and my company will pay for everything mistake made for somebody else or some company. I will fill a Police Report against PayPal and for sure I will Law Suit for any damage they causing to me and my company.

Consumer Complaint: On Monday, XX/XX/2021 I received the following from PayPal, Inc - You can't use PayPal anymore At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account thats inconsistent with our User Agreement and we no longer offer you PayPal services. Any bank or credit card information linked to your PayPal account can not be removed nor can it be used to create a new account. You can still log in and see your account information but you cant send or receive money. Any money in your balance will be held for 180 days, after which well send you an email with instructions about transferring your money. Reference ID : XXXX There was no further explanation as to why my account was being stopped besides this. I was locked out by internet at phone at getting anymore details. Everything on this account is legitimate. I used a gmail, a debit card from my bank, my phone number and social security number. My account was verified with PayPal. I don't understand how they can decide to hold my money for 180 days. I want my money immediately. Paypal has no right to this money as I have done nothing wrong. If I have done something wrong they need to let me know what that is so I can attempt to fix it. I don't believe I have done anything to warrant this action by Paypal. If they don't want to do business with me, that is their choice, but they need to give me my hard legitimately earned money back right now.

Consumer Complaint: I attempted to send a plumber {$200.00} for a job he did for me on XX/XX/XXXX. He told me to send it to his girlfriend since he did not have Paypal. I did and in the comments field I mentioned his name so I would remember what it was for. Transaction ID : XXXX Paypal put the payment into pending status and requested I provide the plumber 's date of birth due to regulations they have. I asked the plumber but he refused to provide me proof of his DOB. At this point I explained this to Paypal numerous times that I could not provide this information and asked to just have the payment cancelled. They always repeat that they need this information and the case can not be closed until I provide the information. The Paypal website mentions case reviews as taking 30 days maximum but I have been waiting 99 days now. I have no other recourse to get my money refunded. Please help. Thank you.
