Consumer Complaint: PayPal has unfairly debited balances of my account with them, despite providing foolproof Proof-of-Delivery and neutral third-party evidences to PayPal for their perusal. Herein attached image depicts the PayPal cases, amount in question, and occurrence dates. It is extremely bias and unfair to honest sellers like myself to sustain this monetary lost due to PayPal 's indifference for these. PayPal with the supporting documents, decided to take the easier way out and let the fraudulent buyer get away with it, and refunding the payment back to the fradulent buyer. I have lost both the funds, and also the delivered assets. Upon further research in public domains, I see many complaints on PayPal of similar nature too, thus writing in here to hopefully make our voices heard.

Consumer Complaint: PAYPAL INC by mistake deposited the amount of approx {$1200.00} in my personal ; bank account, I spoke with two representatives and one supervisor about this problem and PAYPAL instructed me to submit a personal check to the PAYPAL Accounting Dept. Thus, immediately after, I returned the funds four weeks ago via personal check. I have mail confirmation that they received the check in full payment. However, PAYPAL is making collection calls asking for the payment of {$1200.00}. I offered to place a stop payment on the initial check and send another check or provide my check number and bank information for PAYPAL to take the funds. However they blatantly refuse. Instead PAYPAL insist that I must open a PAYPAL " cash account '' with them in order to make the payment. This is a unfair practice an illegal. PAYPAL is forcing me to open a PAYPAL " cash account '' or run the risk of being reported to Credit Bureau. Thus, illegally gaining additional business - from the " error. ''
